What you expect from used car salesman
I bought a 2003 camry from them, the service manager insisted on me holding a sign that said no warranty. Got the car home and found it had a defect in the engine which required so extensive repairs. I found out then that they just did a patch job to get the car sold instead of fixing it correctly which would have taken little time since they were already that far in the engine. Timing marks were off one tooth all the way around, it was technically in time but showed a lack of professionalism. The air box was missing screws. So they cheated me and smiled the whole time. I could have forgiven it if the car had not been touched because you never know with a used car but this one was repaired just enough to get it off the lot. Thankfully I knew how to repair it, it would seem the service department did not know or care, either way they will never get my business again.

For vehicles under $3000, we do not perform the types of repairs you outlined in your review because doing so would increase the price of vehicle more than its market value. These may have been performed by the prior owner. We do not cheat our customer and are 100% upfront and transparent with everyone.
Condescending and rude.
Called to check on something in the inventory and the salesman was “chatty” and friendly until he figured out he didn’t have what I wanted and then he condescended me and hung up on me. Rude. Wont be looking at anything else.

Dirty Car. Empty Tank.
We purchased a used vehicle here and when we picked it up the vehicle was filthy both inside and outside. The car also only had barely a quarter tank of gas in it. I have never purchased a vehicle that I didn’t drive off the lot with a full take a gas.

Sudden decision to buy a new car
I went in to get an oil change and repair windshield wipers on my Chrysler 200. Looking around the lot while I waited I spotted something I liked--a Jeep Compass. After spending an hour with Caleb I had a great deal in process. I left with a new 2019 Compass. I've never made a decision that fast in my life. They are a great place to shop. I'll never go anywhere else.
I wouldn’t buy from any other dealer. Always give me the best price and truly care about the customer. No other dealerships can compare. They excelled in everything from the salesperson, the management and the finance department. I love Piedmont.

Great dealership been dealing with them for a while only complaint I have is why they wanted an extra 300 for a goose neck ball that I feel should have came with the truck

Jonathan was courteous though I was a Geezer. .I had a 4 hr drive to get there...most of the deal was done over the internet. No hassle...no pressure...easy peazy ...George and Weezy. Delivered the car to me this week. Did a great job of having the Challenger striped....great experience. Worth the drive. Fixed a small ding in the door..nice job.
