I brought my car in for accident repairs.
I brought my car in for accident repairs. I specifically pointed out what I visibly seen when I dropped the car off to Mark. When I went to go pick up the car after repairs were done, the plastic piece that was replaced from the accident had scuff marks. You could visibly see the dent behind the plastic piece that i pointed out wasnt done.. Plastic covering to the front door handle screw was missing and you can see gouge marks from removing that plastic piece. Screws for rear light and bumper were hand started. Front door and that back door both don't open as smooth as the opposite side. I was told they didn't do anything with the front door even tho I can clearly see the gouge and plastic piece that was missing. I sent it back for all of the issues to be resolved and asked about another section being taken care of. The other section i won't write about here.. The 2 doors weren't re-adjusted to be smooth opening like the other side of the car. Bumper screw was still not tightened down. the gouge was taken care but not like it was but my rubber molding seal is now white now. I went to a bigger place so that it was done the right way. I want it taken care of the right way. Disappointed!!

Maybe, maybe not
Went for a specific car, theu said it was there but when I got there it was loaned out. Not a huge deal as there was another one I had my eye on. Talked to the sales guys as I was helped almost immediately. Took a test drive and liked it. Like many other families I needed to talk over the purchase with my husband whom I needed to wait until after work to talk to. Sales guy tried using the typical used car sale tactics saying the car might not be here tomorrow and asking if my husband could come in right now. No. No he couldnt or he would have been there with me. I told sales I would get back to him by the end of the night but he called me about 10min after I left and started pushing pretty hard to get me to buy the car. I was miffed but I really liked the car and needed a bigger one. After back amd forth they finally got me a good rate I was happy with. Now comes the car cleanliness.....it was cleaned like wiped and vacuumed. Thats about it. They were a lot of dirty spots I saw when I test drove so I asked if they could run it thru detailing 1 more time. Was told they did. They clearly did NOT. I actually went home and cleaned it the right way myself which sucked because a Cadillac isnt cheap. Whoever they have detailing needs a class or a different job. Plain and simple. I did ask for another key which I did get. Final impression sales guy was way too aggressive and would have made some other people angry. I let it slide. Not sure I would purchase from there again based on that and how dirty the car was when I picked it up.

Jeff Werner service manager went above and beyond expectations for my oil change. The tire leak was repaired. The wax job detailed. The floor mat vacuumed. The dash board dusted clean. Began lining up my next car with Cadillac brand manager Pat Delia.
