I was looking for a new car and came across this dealer. I am very happy because I had a great car buying experience. Naveed at Your Choice Joliet was helpful from the beginning. He showed me different models and explained the features and prices. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. He also helped me with the paperwork and financing. Bought a vehicle from them, had a few questions about the dashboard lights that were on. I was told one thing but actually it was something more to it. Check engine light came on while driving home. Contacted the dealership was told to bring the vehicle back they would look it over. The date kept changing on when to bring vehicle back to them and this was done by them. Eventually wasn’t able to take car back to Joliet dealership due to inability to drive it had to take it to a Chrysler dealership totaling about $2000 in repairs. I expected to have to put some money into the vehicle so it runs properly but not after having it for less than a week. I asked the manager on the test drive for an itemized list of what needed to be repaired and he stated “Everything had been checked out by his mechanic and the car was in good running condition.” Except for the airbag sensor that needed to be replaced but assured me the airbag would deploy. xx warranty when you buy the vehicle says 15days or 500miles to bring it to them for engine issues etc. I never had the chance to drive it back to Joliet because the car wouldn’t make it. Beware doing business with them.

They were very friendly and easy to do business with. Not pushy or run around. I bought a black Mercedes cls 550 as is on my birthday. They gave me a $50 check for my birthday. Very nice. 5 days later the rear air suspension bag leaked causing car to lean and pull hard to the right. I brought it to them and they kept the car a week and fixed it for free. Thank you guys for being the best dealer I've ever used.

Izare took care of me from start to finish at first it didn't work out he told me to give him a day or two he made it happen perfect salesman.

We bought a Dodge grand caravan from these folks last July 2021. We put over 10,000 miles on it and its a dream, runs perfect to this day ! Car had a small crack in windshield so they replaced it for us and took off some money also. Great people to deal with. They seam real honest and sincere. Will buy another car from them some day. Dealt with Ray and a guy who`s name sounds like Z, good guys !

This place is great! The salesman we dealt with (Syed) was not pushy and let us look around by ourselves. When we chose cars to look at he was instantly available and helpful. We ended up picking a Volvo from the Elmhurst location, which would have required several bus rides to get to, but Syed actually went to Elmhurst to pick it up for us. (The salesman, Ali, in Elmhurst was also great). The young woman who talked us through all of the paperwork was excellent. Everyone was polite, professional, and kind. Love the car!

The best dealership I have dealt with. Everything from start to finish was perfect and effortless. Bought Audi A4 from here the other week, great car! Naveed & the team were great. Fantastic service lovely staff, highly recommend.
