Bought a Ford Expedition from this dealership back in November and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my car buying experience. Not even 3 days from having the suv the transmission goes out. They did the bare minimum to repair the trans and it’s still leaking badly. (Lawyer time by the way) This dealership is the most dishonest group of people And I wouldn’t buy a pack of bubble gum from this dealership. I can’t put emphasis on it this anymore l. Don’t not I repeat do not buy a car from this place h will be out of money before your first car note is due

My husband and I each bought a vehicle from Your Choice Autos. Now I know that there will be issues with older used vehicles, but they try to hide the problem just to sell the car instead of letting the client know what is wrong with the vehicle. Our first vehicle was a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. We did not have any problems for the first few months. When it was time to change the oil, the mechanics showed us that whoever tried to fix a crack in the oil pan just welded two oil pans together. This made it difficult to change the oil. Alot of the fuses started going out, and it has cost us alot to keep the vehicle. We wanted to give them another chance, because we needed a vehicle for myself quick. We looked at their inventory, and took our time test driving. I fell in love with this 2005 Cadillac Deville. This car had just came in the same day, and they told me that they had looked over the vehicle, and there was a few things to fix. They made an appointment with me to fix these problems (Engine light was on). I arrived early for my appointment 7am, and was stuck there till they finally finished my car at 9pm. I thought this was really ridiculous seeing they told me it would have been a few hours. I received my car back, and the middle console still was not fixed, and the back window still did not go down. They said they would call me when the parts come in and set up an appointment for the repairs. As I pulled up to my house that same night, the engine light came back on. The car eventually started overheating, and broke down beyond repair. I tried all I could with the finance company and the dealership to try and get some help. All I got was oh well from both the dealership and the finance company (Credit Acceptance). PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

The staff were good because they were polite, helpful and very customer focused. They made everything stress free for us, helped us find a car within to meet our needs and budget. We would highly recommend them.

Bought a car with a bad engine not disclosed ! Paying on a car I can not use. Still owe 3500 plus now mechanic fees ! Would not recommend to an enemy !

I purchased a vehicle from them in March of 2018. Here I sit, only paying off a little over $1000 on my truck... But, have put in more money to fix the xxxx thing. Close to $3000 already.. And now, my truck sits again. They said it was a good running truck.. Believed them and now, here I sit making payments on something that cant even be driven. And yes, I know how to take care of my vehicles.

My experience here was pretty good but turned great after speaking with the finance officer. She was intelligent and funny;not to mention quick and precise. Thank you.
