Great Service, Good pricing

I was pleased with how they handled my coupon -- it resulted in the lowest I have ever paid for an oil change on my Cadillac.

The service dept said it would take approx an hr and it took an hr. The service and inspection were done quickly and I was able to wait in comfort. All good things.

Great customer care service; very satisfied

They handled my issue of key fob replacement very well -- beyond anything I expected but given the issues I have had with it, the resolution was appropriate and I appreciate that they took care of it the way they did.

Very well-informed salesperson

The salesman, Jerry Stirkey, was superbly well-informed about the SRX and could answer all of my questions. I'm also a car enthusiast, and Mr. Stirkey's well-informed presentation and answers to my questions made a positive impression.

Great service

It was fast, courteous, and they didn't charge me anything for simply checking the air pressure and resetting the gauge for my rear tire on the day before Thanksgiving.
