Customer service from both gentlemen was excellent - including geniune characters, no pressure, informative, and professional. The lot has a quality selection of cars. My husband and i found a truck online with everything we were looking for. We made the trip to smart motorz (a 3.5 hour drive) and were so pleased to see that the truck was exactly as described. With other places we had went to they hid the bad stuff (like rust) till you show up but at smart motorz the vehicles are in great condition! They don't buy vehicles that need work and they make sure its top of the line quality. We had the pleasure of working with both brothers who treated us with respect and weren't pushy at all. The only advice i have is when you are doing the down payment, do it in cash or cashiers check/money orders. The business they do the card reader with charges a 4% fee so it'll save you money to be prepared. Other than that it was an awesome experience and i recommend doing business with them 100%!!!

We purchased a 2008 Hyundai Sonata from here. It was a great car buying experience. They went out of their way to work with us since we were from out of town. Both gentlemen there were very kind and helpful. They had all the history of the vehicle and you could tell they only had quality cars on their lot. When we need another car we will definatly be checking out thier website for our next purchase.
