I called to check on a crv they had listed. Asked how the body etc was as I was going to drive 2 hours from kc to look at the car. Was assured the car was in "great" condition 1 owner clean car no wrecks paint work assured on their auto check service. Arrived to see a car thats been painted. Has at least 2k worth of hail damage on the roof. Inspecting the car more it was too obvious it had paint work but was told they got it like that. Ended up peeling a fresh piece of masking tape with fresh paint on it from under the door handle. All in all. They love to play the blame game at this dealer. Repairs are questionable. There was even a lug nut I spun off my hand just looking over the vehicle. Save your time if you want to look for a nice car. If you want to be lied to and waste your time then this is the dealership for you.

I drove there from Kansas City. It has been recommended to my by a close friend who has a great experience with them before. I went there last year and bought a Nissan Altima 2005 for my wife. The car was in great shape and we got it in a good deal. Two months later, I am there again to get car for my self. I was looking for a Camry. I found what I am looking for in there website. It was a Camry 2000. It is very clean inside and out side. The overall experience was amazing. The people there were very helpful and nice specially Mohammad. He was really great.

I walked into this place and there were many cars packed tightly together on the very small lot they have. I wanted to look at a specific car and since there were three guys near the door I approached them asking if they worked there (Since they were just standing around talking and ignoring me). They said that the sales person was inside and he could help me. I told the sales guy what car I wanted to look at and he threw me the keys and continued sitting at his desk. The car had many cosmetic problems and was obviously not taken care of, several features did not work. I went back in and the "sales" guy still ignored me, even taking a personal call while in the middle of a conversation with me. Even with the cosmetic issues on the car I was still interested and if it ran good I would have purchased that day but after the lazy and uninterested attitude of the "sales" guy I decided this company didn't deserve my money. I told the guy that he obviously was not interested in selling a car and walked out. He even followed me to my car apologizing but at that point it was too late. I will steer everyone I know away from Ashland Auto Sales and suggest a better company which actually cares about their customers.
