DISCLAIMER: DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL/SENSITIVE

DISCLAIMER: DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL/SENSITIVE INFORMATION with this dealership, but my experience was specifically with the Salesman, Isaac. After I complained to his manager, my Drivers License and phone number have been in a MASSIVE amount of data leaks and security frauds (Read on for more detail). "This was one of the most painful car buying experiences I have had. I picked the dealership for their online car buying service as well as free delivery for Georgia residents. I live in the Savannah area, so when I discovered that there was free delivery for residents in Georgia I was thrilled! After agreeing on a vehicle and price, I gave my down payment and my delivery address to my Salesman, Isaac. It was only after my down payment and my credit was run that I was informed that there is no free shipping, unless you live in the Atlanta area. Despite having this promoted on their website: “For our valued clients in Georgia, we will have your vehicle delivered at no charge”. As well as this: “Drivers who live in Georgia can have their vehicle delivered for free”. Then, I went to go sign the final documents, and I realized at the very end, the purchase price was increased by $1000 from what we agreed on. Luckily I noticed the fine print and they corrected the price. I’m hopeful this was an honest and accidental mistake, but it became more apparent throughout the process that this may not have been accidental, nor uncommon. Only beginning after my down payment was submitted, I started to receive unprofessional and rude texts from my Salesman, Isaac. For example, “Go back to the link and sign the thing you didn't sign”. Another example: “I have other customers I can't talk”. He was in constant communication, up until I signed the documents solidifying the deal. Once this happened, I was essentially "ghosted" and never received a response to subsequent phone calls and messages. He made it clear he is not interested in assisting his clients after he is guaranteed commission. It was now up to me to follow-up and finally connect to a manager's number so I can receive some sort of communication/update about my car. I have been informed that the manager has since quit. Even more, since sending a picture of my lisence to Isaac, my drivers lisence number has been fraudulently used on two different occasions (I’ve never had my identity/information try to be used before) On top of this, I have received an extensive amount of spam on every form of communication I shared with him. Sharing any personal information with this person is a complete liability- something I wish I had known sooner. I hope this review gives some insight to people who are interested in buying a car, especially online, from ALM Buford"

These people suck, they promised matching my credit union

These people suck, they promised matching my credit union rate 5%, then when it came time to do the documents, they quoted 8% and tried to add $4,000 in excess fees. If your thinking of dong business LEAVE now!
