My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was... greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
My visit with Dustin was not the best.i waited 3 days before texting him about he was very nasty. Making statements .like disrespectful black people who... don't there word are what's wrong with our culture.2.what f-'ever.,you wasted my time. I called the Dealership and Dustin answered. I informed him of my unique situation and unlike numerous other salesman I had spoken with, he did not turn... me away. Dustin listened to me and understood what I was trying to accomplish. He worked with me via phone for two weeks prior to me actually coming into the dealership. He combed through their inventory and that of their partnering ALM’s. Once there, he found me a vehicle that suited my needs and more importantly, worked a deal with a car note that I could work with. After two weeks of having my Ford Edge, I noticed a couple things that needed to be addressed and even though it was purchased “As-Is”, Dustin ensured the items were addressed. He is an AMAZING salesman and unlike a lot of other salesman, he truly has your best interest at heart. When you go to ALM Mall of GA, make sure to ask for Dustin!
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was... going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
I went to the delership to get a 2018 Ford Edge advertised on their website. The vechile was exactly what I wanted the next day I was showing my son the... car when he noticed the windshield had a chip in the center of it about the size of a half dollar. I had not been hit by anything that I could recall.. I called my insurance and had an autoglass company come out to repair the chip/break. They said it had been patched. It was not disclosed to me and no one had noticed it. I called the dealership and spoke with Matt who said he didn't know anything about it and that it should have been fixed. He said he'd see what he could do. Several days and phone calls later I was getting nowhere ao I went to the dealership. and Matt was out making a delivery. So Chris looked at the car and basically said it would cost them about $250 to replace the windshield and they couldn't put anymore money into it. Well I am letting everyone know that I will not ever buy another automobile from this dealership. Everytime I get into the vechile all I see is a broken windshield. Shame on them they don't care about their customers or making sure that what they sell you is a good product. .

Chris was very helpful, he even sent me a picture of the car on the lot.. no pressure /haggling. He was a great sales person and very easy to deal with.... Honest and super nice!!! The car was as described and I Love It!!!
Chris Kaissieh did a phenomenal job. I have recently purchased a pre-owned car from ALM in Georgia. Since I live in NC Chris did a FaceTime call with me... making sure that I see any minor blemishes in the car (if so exist). He made sure that everything is crystal clear since I am an out of state customer, he walked me through the financing options and other related details. He really went above and beyond by delivering the car himself next day as ALM had drivers shortage on that day and my purchasing process was completed by the end of business day. I am one of those customers who are hard to please, but Chris really nailed it and I happily give him 5 stars.
