The service was excellent. However it was Audi service I own a 2019 SQ5 not a Volkswagen. Somehow all the reviews surveys I receive are from Kendall Volkswagen and you have that I bought and own a Volkswagen. Please change. Thank you

I had to bring my Audi A3 in for service on 12/23/19. I had a recall that needed to be taken care of . I also needed my brakes looked at. My experience was great. They have a great waiting area with coffee and pastries. I didn't have to wait long for a shuttle ride back home. Service was complete by the end of the day.

We could not be more pleased with Mike. He even came in during his vacation to return our Audi. We appreciate the loaner car also.
