We had a great experience with the dealership and Alex Llamas. Knowledgeable and very helpful! We highly recommend Alex for any sales help ! We bought a certified Mazda low miles and beautiful and we traveled all the way from Detroit for it !!! We were lucky to get Alex . We love our new pre owned Mazda 5.

I highly recommend Classic Mazda!

I highly recommend Classic Mazda! Our sales associate was Savannah Sabo and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. Savannah did not pressure us in any way and took her time with us. Classic Mazda also has A LOT of inventory on their lot so there’s many to choose from. I highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience with Classic Mazda of Mentor OH.

Had a great experience with Classic Mazda of Mentor OH. Tim Gamble our "Product Specialist" was right on top of things. We are not from OH but Tim made the purchase very easy and with little time spent at the dealership to finish the deal and pick up my car. Tim was very knowledgeable and personable. We were able to complete almost everything on-line so that when we arrived we spent minimal time at the dealership and were on our way back to Michigan. Also got a better deal on the vehicle than any Mazda dealership could offer in the Metro Detroit area. Was a bit of a drive but well worth the effort! Thanks Tim and the team at Classic Mazda of Mentor Ohio !!

I had the pleasure of working with Jon Black.

I had the pleasure of working with Jon Black. My initial intent was just to get an idea of what I wanted to purchase in the upcoming months. But after spending time with Jon I left with a 2025 Mazda CX-5. He was very professional, patient and kind. I felt relaxed and not pressured to purchase a vehicle. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and the company. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. While we took a test drive (he was kind enough to do the driving, per my request) we discussed all the features. After I purchased the vehicle, and even though I had already owned 4 other Mazdas, he walked me through all of the features again to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He went above and beyond as a salesman! I would recommend him to anyone that wanted to purchase a Mazda. This was the last car I planned to purchase, but if I decide to purchase another Mazda sometime in the distant future, Jon is the person I would look for to help me!

My experience with classic Mazda was awesome!

My experience with classic Mazda was awesome! Right when I walked in the door which was opened for me during the cold polar vortex, I was treated like royalty. The facility was very clean and luxurious. I was introduced to Bryan M. He was incredibly nice and went out his way to give me the best car buying experience. It was below zero outside and he was doing everything he can to get me all the cars I wanted to test drive. The buying experience was super fast, efficient, and organized! Really impressed with the finance department making sure they meet every one of your needs to make sure you are covered with warranties in the future. All in all I love my new Mazda CX-50! Thanks Bryan for such a smooth and happy car purchasing experience!

Our salesman Bryan Walker is amazing. Goes WAY above and beyond. The service department is second to none. Oh and we love our CX 50! Our 5th Mazda.
