They moved mountains to get me in but didn't fix the

They moved mountains to get me in but didn't fix the problem which happened on my drive home from pickup. My voicemail explaining that the issue wasn't resolved went unanswered as I had to repeat it to the person who called to thank me for coming in. I didn't have time before my trip to ask to bring it back in.

My engine was hydro locked after the hurricane and had to

My engine was hydro locked after the hurricane and had to be replaced. It took 2 months for it to be replaced. Most of this time was waiting for it to arrive from the factory. Jake contacted me regularly with updates on the status and followed through with my insurance company. I found him to be very courteous, responsible, and professional. I will ask for him by name and recommend him to anyone who needs their car serviced by Gettel.

I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. Have had service in the past with no issues. This last time was a little bit of issue but they were on it immediately and took care of it. That in itself is worth the hour drive to get service.
