Lisa was my service advisor.
Lisa was my service advisor. She understood my concerns and was very helpful and very friendly. I strongly recommend Lisa. I will return and deal with Lisa. Jordan Klein was exceptional during my services. The services were performed to my expectations, as I AM VERY PICKY ABOUT MY VEVICLES.

I went to this dealership for help with my 2023 Ram and
I went to this dealership for help with my 2023 Ram and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and the service manager saw it as an opportunity to make a sale even though I had a copy of a Ram form showing that the Ram was capable to pull that weight I needed. They worked only to make a sale, my next move is to contact Ram because this dealership appears to be independent of the factory

No one in service department will answer phone,
No one in service department will answer phone, voicemails, or written messages. Impossible to find out what is going on or status of vehicle. This includes service manager and service customer representatives. Took three days to get an answer. When received vehicle invoice noticed that my vehicle mileage was wrong, not even close. So any warranty on the part replaced would have been refused.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and tire
