My husband and I had an amazing experience in 2019 with buying a car so I quickly referred my daughter to Evans Kia as well. I am so sad to say you totally took advantage of a 23 year old young lady. She wanted to prove her independence so she didnt take her parents and instead took her boyfriend. After she stated many times she could not afford the payment you were offering. Yall just hyped her up and told her how much yall believed in her and how yall just knew she could pull it off. Yes she made the ultimate decision but I am so DISAPPOINTED in your sales tactics. Since her purchase she was recently accidentally charged twice for her car payment in one month. She had to fix that. That mistake caused her to be automatically taken off of auto draft so the next month she wasnt aware the payment didnt get taken out so then she had to manually do the payment. All of this has completely snowballed into an out of control situation. Another thing I am extremely unhappy about is when my husband went to change her oil only Evans Kia had changed it before him and there was no engine cover on her car. My husband was furious and took pictures to prove it! I can no longer recommend you guys like I used to and we are about to buy our 4th Kia and it will not be from you guys! SHAME ON YOU!!

Let me be clear. We had the amazing experience with Brad Ferguson in 2019. I do not know the names of the people my daughter dealt with last year when she made her purchase. I also need to make it known that my husband is a 40 year Master Technician who changed the oil in her car. He knows his stuff and immediately noticed there was no engine cover and took plenty of pics for proof! I will be anxious to hear from someone at Evans Kia to see how you can possibly earn our business back!

During my visit , I engaged with a finance manager to discuss the purchase of a vehicle. My primary grievance stems from the explicit statement made by the finance manager, who informed me that no current deals or incentives were available for the vehicle I was interested in. This assertion was particularly bewildering and disconcerting, as Kia of Evans consistently and prominently advertises various promotional offers and incentives through numerous media channels on a daily basis. The stark contradiction between the information provided by your representative and your active public advertising campaigns is unacceptable. As a diligent and hardworking individual with an excellent credit history, I approached this potential purchase with a clear expectation of transparency and equitable access to all advertised opportunities. The denial of these incentives, despite my strong financial standing and their widespread promotion, has led me to seriously question the fairness and integrity of your sales process. More critically, this incident has raised serious concerns regarding potential discriminatory practices. Given my pristine credit record and the ongoing availability of advertised deals, I am deeply troubled by the possibility that my identity as a Black woman may have played an undue and inappropriate role in the denial of these advertised opportunities. This perception is profoundly unsettling and directly contravenes principles of equitable treatment and customer service. I respectfully request a comprehensive investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation for the discrepancy between your publicly advertised promotions and the information I received during my visit. I firmly believe that all customers, irrespective of their background, deserve to be treated with unwavering fairness, respect, and to be offered access to all publicly available incentives for which they unquestionably qualify. I look forward to your prompt and thorough attention to this serious concern and anticipate a resolution that upholds the highest standards of fair business practice and standards. I did however purchase a $47000.00 SUV from another dealership that did not discriminate against me.

Not very good. Internet guy never answered my questions. Could never get ahold of the sales person and I finally drove there and it was sold. So if it wasn't for Mr. Walker who works there and I now have his personnel number I would never do business with them.
