Service Department

I had my son car towed to Kia of Evan's service department. The service department kept the vehicle for a couple of days. Kia of Evans diagnosed the problem to be the battery. After replacing the batter, the car broke down as soon as we returned home. Now, the new battery is dead. I am still waiting on Kia of Evans to return my call.

KIA NIRO

I had been doing some research for a Hybrid vehicle and came across the KIA NIRO and wanted to test drive it. I liked the body style and was definitely interested in the fuel mileage. A friend recommended EVANS KIA. They had the exact car I was looking for. I have been pleasantly surprised with all of the features of this model. It is peppy and I'm very happy with the fuel mileage (500 miles, ten gallons of gas)! It truly was a pleasure doing business with the manager and his staff at EVANS KIA. I got a great deal and financing was a breeze! I definitely recommend this place!

Sunroof Exploding

I was called and told my car was ready for pickup, only to find grease and fingerprints all over the seats, the windows, and glass still in my seat !! I spent 1 hour waiting to pick up a car that was READY!!! Not only did I have to beg to get a rental car, after being without mine for 2 weeks, but to leave it a mess and squander my time waiting was excusable. No supervisor available, and dozens of people in the area, but no one working!!! If you planned to sell me my next car, this was not how to do it!!!!

Quick Service by Kia Team

John, Dana, and Clayton were all pleasant to work with. From the time I received an immediate email from John about the van I was interested in, to Dana's quick reply back in response to some questions I had, and finally to Clayton finishing the deal. It was amazingly quick. That was a first for us. I am just amazed at how streamlined the process took. Awesome Team Work!

Professional and Courteous

Jonathan Beaver was very courteous and worked diligently and professionally to assure my wife and I received great service. He along with the rest of the staff made our visit welcoming and all assisted in the purchase of a car that suited our family needs as well as our financial needs.

Kia forte

I found that the sales person was were helpful in getting me the information that was needed for the purchase of my new Kia. I am very please with my new Kia. Sylvester was very knowledgeable and helpful, I would recommend new customers to him and your Evans Kia to every one I know buying a car.

Needed a new car for my daughter

Doctor

My salesperson's lack of product knowledge was astonishing. However, on his behalf, he's a new salesperson (less than a year) according to him and one of the vehicles (2018 Sorento) was his first sale of that particular vehicle, again, according to him. Finally, perhaps general manager or the sales manager should explain what's appropriate ethical behavior. A salesperson should never ask a customer to give all 10's assuming 10's are the highest rating one could expect as we were asked to provide.
