Write a reviewbought the car from them for approx $34,000.
bought the car from them for approx $34,000. Started leaking within the first two months after purchase (traveled abroad so it's safe to say as soon as I started driving it when I got back). I took it in and was asked to pay for that existing damage. I did because I needed the car for work and my family. As soon as I drove it back home from the shop, the suspension light came on stating I could not drive over 30 miles (I was on the free way). I called them and they kept saying they need time to get the right reader and mechanic etc to diagnose it so they could not address the issue for weeks. Finally last week they said to bring it in on Tuesday, which I did today and they told me they would not fix it after I said I'm not paying again it was clearly all on them, preexisting damage, and faulty mechanic work. I was reasonable the first time but this continuing and my inability to even use the car since I practically purchased it was not fair. Their response was to threaten they’ll never fix the issue and asked me to leave and never come back. I left, and currently trying to figure out what to do. Please do not purchase from them or ANY of their other locations, DBA’s, or partners! I'm left without a car and paying their inhouse financing over $500 per month till that $34k clears. If anyone can help me with any information or suggestions please do! I’m taking this all the way and anything helps. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Smooth Sailing
Called about a Benz I saw online. Photos looked great. They told me the car was serviced there. Couldn't see it in person so I sent my cousin to see it. All checked out. Had it transported to me and after a quick car wash, the car looks amazing. Very smooth transaction guys!! Thank you

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought a $9,000 car from Sergio at VIP Autos, paid cash and even arranged the transportation for an out of state shipment. From the start, I called and asked for a video walk around, which Sergio forgot to do, and when I called back I had to reintroduce myself and what I wanted. Classy. Then we wired the full amount which they received same day, yet sat on sending the title for a week. It was dropped off with a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, which drained all over my drive way immediately. Pictured attached. When I also previously asked about the tires and brakes Sergio said that they meet the resale standards of 50% wear. When I got the car, I noticed the tires were pretty worn. I took it to the local Discount Tires to fill them up with a little air, and they said because the tires are 15 years (!) old, they cannot service them, but they were beyond where they needed to be to be replaced. Not sure how 15 year old tires can have 50+% wear on them, so nice try. Can't wait to see the true story on the brakes. My advice is to pass on this dealer and salesman. Highly disappointed.

Great experience and a great vehicle. I wanted to fly from Rhode Island to California to buy my vehicle and Sergei was more then willing to help. He overnighted me the documents, I sent them back, bought the plane ticket, picked up the car, and that was that. Vehicle was as described. They said they checked all the fluids for me, as I was about to go on a 3,000 mile trip back home. I verified this myself and sure enough everything was topped off. Highly recommended. I am just waiting for my title to come in from the CA DMV. It remains to be seen if there will be any issue there. I will update this review in due time.

Love my BMW
I was shopping for a new used car and saw they had a few cars I would like. Stopped by to look on their lot. They have some nice cars... I could tell they take pride in their cars.. saw a silver bmw convertible that looked great. I loved the no pressure attitude. Prices seemed fair especially after the salesman told me all repairs and maintenance had already been done. He showed me the back and I saw a bunch of guys working on cars. I had my own financing, and they had me out of there in less than 1 hour. It's been about 2 months now, and I still love my BMW.. thanks Boo. You have a customer for life.

Great car buying experience!
This was the finest auto purchase experience I've ever been through. Salesperson Chris was a gentleman and helpful to the max. I was nervous about my first long-distance car purchase. My choice was a 2006 Audi S4 they had listed. I've been looking for the right one all over the US for a year and a half. They even drove it to the local Audi dealer (at no charge) for me where I'd set up a pre-purchase inspection, on short notice, too. The inspection found three minor things wrong, and VIP fixed each perfectly. After answering all my questions the purchase was made by phone/text/mail and was completely easy and free of hassle. They also accepted the personal check I mailed them. No wire fees. They even picked up my wife and me (Josh drove) at the San Diego airport (again, at no charge!) to take delivery of the car at their dealership. We were treated personably, by genuinely nice employees, throughout the remainder of the transaction, which only took about 30 minutes. The vehicle was detailed to AS NEW (and I mean AS NEW) -- even smelled like new! We drove it the 500 miles back home and it ran like a top. And still does months later. Chris even made a fair offer on my current vehicle, and we had it shipped to VIP. The only hiccup was somewhat poor service by the shipper that VIP suggested, who initially dropped the ball big-time. I'd avoid Stateway Auto Transport in the future. But they did get it done. Again, I have never actually "enjoyed" an auto purchase until this one.

Nothing Exemplary At VIPAUTOS
I am from out of the San Diego area, so I asked VIP AUTOS if they would hold a car for me with a deposit, what the deposit amount would be, and if that deposit would be 100% refundable. They dodged answering that question for about a week. Three or four emails later, they finally answered my question this way: The amount of the deposit would depend upon the price of the car, and they would not accept a deposit unless a deal had already been struck. That means I would've had to offer, and they would've had to accept that offer, on a car I had never even seen, smelled, or on which I had kicked the tires. This is typical dealer nonsense. They are not willing to accommodate you in any way, and they would not take a deposit and hold the car until I got to San Diego (which would've been about 24 hours) and if we did not come to terms I would've wanted to receive my deposit back. NO, NO, and NO was their answer. Many weeks later, that car is still on their lot, unsold and obviously grossly over-priced. In fact they referred me to a site showing the car was $1600+ over-priced and when I checked that same site the next week, the over-priced amount had been manipulated by them to now be only $700+ over-priced. What total nonsense. This is why I rarely deal with dealers. They are not sincere and they price gouge. Dealers suck and VIP AUTOS is no exception to this rule. I would rather not have a car than buy one from them.

Great Customer Service
I spoke over the phone with a sales Gentlemen that help me not only by recommending a good BMW dealership to get a pre purchase inspection but also gave me helpful, accurate and truthful information on refinancing the loan to a credit union for lower interest rates and monthly payments. I'm def going to go ahead and schedule a pre inspection
