My first time here. Just moved to area and was pleased to find them. All the service managers were great. Will definitely be back. Loved they shared a video of my car inspection.

Guillermo is a top shelf manager. He is very focused on excellent customer service. He provides quality customer service and is a very good communicator.

Very very good service from Thomas. Broke down from out of town. Had q8 towed there they turned it over and had her by next work day. Thomas went an extra mile for my situation.

Excellent service from Thomas! Brought my S5 in having communication problems and Thomas kept me informed the entire process. Only problem I wish I would have known that he needed both fobs, so another long trip to Wilmington is in store.

First time experience with this dealership. Was impressed with the overall professionalism. Both Service manager Thomas and Technician Adam were quite pleasant and very forthcoming to work with. Very impressed with the custom video aid provided to me reflecting potential issues with the car. A nice touch that I haven't seen used at other dealerships. Knowledgeable employees, explaining what my car needed and did not need. Also sent a cool video of the underside of my car up on the lift! Very interesting!
