Horrible customer service!!! I gave my car to get serviced there and they got into an accident with it. They said they'll repair it within two to three... weeks. A month went by without them doing anything and keeping my car hostage. I was finally able to bring my car to my own body shop. Basically I will be without my car for two months because of them and they didn't do a thing for me. Think twice before you go to them.
I was greeted with a lot of smiling faces the moment I entered the door. This is important to me because if a company pays attention to these small details,... it shows me that they value me as a customer, and must do great with other aspects of customer service. The dealership was clean, and the desks of the employees were also neat. You can see how disciplined these people are to keep these spaces look pleasing to the eyes. They even had clean bathrooms and they had drinking water available. They even had a comfy lounge with a huge tv. I find Jason Chance very courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and to my relatives because of the great service he provided. He made sure that I felt comfortable and he guided me before I made a buying decision. He made sure I understood everything that I'm paying for. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with me. He was very professional. He went above and beyond. This guy deserves a raise. These are the kind of employees that help the company earn loyal customers. It was an outstanding consumer-oriented experience. I didn't feel like I was being forced to do something I didn't want. He made sure to ask the right questions before he recommended anything. He answered all of my questions and offered information that I didn't know but I had to. He has earned my trust, and builds a good reputation for the Audi Lynbrook dealership.
Worst dealership ever. DONT GO HERE!! Once you leave with the car they forget you exist. We have been calling to get the sales manager BARABRA on the... phone for three days and all we do is get passed around. Have you ever had someone tell you that the Brakes on a very expensive car are supposed to squeal like a rooster getting killed. No? Just go to Audi Lynnbrook and you will. I was hesitant to buy from a dealer and my worries have been confirmed... So pissed. That’s not the only issue. They also promised to take a few dings out but of coarse they forgot they said that. I’m am going to escalate the xxxx out of this.. Hope this helps.
I saw an advertisement for a Audi R8 (The "Supercars" of the Audi's) at Audi Lynbrook, and when I called, I spoke with salesperson Brandon McDonald who... treated me with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, before I could make my appointment to see the car, Brandon called me the next day to say the car had been sold. I was upset being I didn't even have the chance to see it, but that's life! Much to my amazement Brandon called me a few days later to say the car was available again due to to a "glitch" in the system. He asked me if I was still interested, and I said yes. From that time on (with still a lot of complications in place in purchasing the car) Brandon was constantly in touch with me overcoming all the hardships involved with the car up until the day I took possession of the car and happily drove home with it. Brandon was courteous, pleasant to speak to, and always returned my call's or send me the proper paper work as promised. I would definitely Deal with Audi Lynbrook again and of course request Brandon as my sales person..Alan Goldman, Merrick, NY.

I have been a customer at Audi Lynbrook since 2012 and my sale Rep is Andri Cruz. The world best!!! The experience I had at Audi Lynbrook definitely topped... them all. Andri Cruz was one of the most genuine and informative salesmen one can ask for. It was a pleasure working with him evev when I had my doubts he made the entire process so effortless. Assured me I was driving off the lot with my new A6 and I surely did. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Salesmen was great, no pressure as I was evaluating my options on what car to buy next.
Carlton Cruickshank was the salesman at Lynbrook I solely dealt with. Carlton even went in on his day off to work on my lease deal. I closed the deal with... him with the best deal vs. other dealers, but unfortunately for him, another dealer purchased the car before he could re-locate it for me. He is both very professional, and personal in a very respectful manner. It's a shame for him that I had to go to that other dealer, because he did give me the best lease deal. If you're looking for an Audi, he's a very good salesman to work with. Justin Cohen
This place is nice in and out. But they treat your car's without care. They're very expensive but that Audi. When you call back for questions they don't... want to talk to you. But they will call you many times to sell you something and that's not cool. It's a shame I was gonna buy another car for my wife but the service there is just not QUALIFIED!!!
