No one wants to take their vehicle in for service. That being said, Englewood Ford, both the quick lane and service dept team are the BEST, Always polite, informative about the service or repair. My tahnks to the GREAT teams that work there.

Mike Elkins was an awesome, no pressure salesman. When it came to financing, they worked to get me the best rate possible, and then found me a rebate after the deal was done!

This is sort of ling, sorry bout that, just Venting! I would give it a 2 or 2-1/2. I searched for three weeks looking for a 2018 F150 and found a few, the one I purchase was one I had looked at several times. A little more that I wanted to pay and really didn't get them down in price a little till the end. The other few I pulled a Carfax on but not this one. I was told it was a local that owned it and traded it in, a 1 owner truck. So my mistake for not pulling up the info and believing the sales folks. After paying prior to picking the truck up a few days later I pulled the Carfax only to find the Truck was NOT local or even from Florida. When I picked the truck up and ws also give a CarCheck. Carfax had 4 owners the Auto Check said 2? I questioned it and was given a line of bull, they said it just was re-registered so add a owner but was the same person. Was not true, both reports had it at Auction once and Carfax had it actually sold 4 times and showed more detailed service than the AutoCheck! Last but not least It was to be detailed and was, but why not scub the bedliner down, has a cover so did not notice. So now I have a 2018 Truck and was told it was a Florida truck, so should have no rust correct. Crawled underneath only to find out ( From it Acutally Being a Northern Michigan Truck) rust all over. Now I am under the truck killing the rust with OSPHO and painting, something I was not planning on having to do at 74 yrs old! When I picked it up told the salesperson I never would had bought it if I had know I had been flat out lied to and it WAS NOT a local Florida truck. It's my mistake for not crawling around under it and investigating. Just a warning...Be Careful who you trust, they were friendly but lied! I should made them put it up on the lift so could have checked it, my mistake. I won't go back there, plenty of Ford dealers around.

Fast and friendly transaction with Juan, John and Randy. Purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from out of town via email. These guys had everything ready when I showed up and I was in and out of the dealership in 10 minutes. Truck was as advertised and in great shape. Thanks guys.

Sold my used GMC Terrain to the dealership

Wow just want to say a Big Thank you to Rob and Duane at Englewood Ford for giving me Top Dollar and a wonderful selling experience at Englewood Ford! As a Single Woman this could have certainly gone south and been a bad experience and visited many dealerships. It was truly a fun and awesome experience and I will be back to buy my new car soon! Deceptive marketing We searched online through autotrader and selected a used Ford Edge priced at $34,950 at this dealer which was over an hour away from us. We viewed additional pictures on their dealership website and a pop up window triggered offering a simple coupon of $1,000 if we were to set an appointment to stop in which we completed on 9/10. Upon writing up the purchase the Manager quickly refused to honor their own coupon from the night before and would not budge. So, we left dejected. Our first and last experience at Englewood Ford. Be warned... bait and switch is common practice at this dealership.

buyer beware of Englewoods used Trucks/cars

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review of Englewood Ford and my experience during the sales lifecycle. Sales: Overall, the sales experience was fairly smooth. I worked with my sales specialist a head of time and worked out a mutually agreeable price before I made a long trip to this dealership. Finance: My finance specialist was extremely kind however she added 3 years of oil changes to the deal at aprox 675 without any consent or authorization from me. Fortunately, I caught it but relented and let her keep it on there. The main concern is that if I didn't catch it, I wouldn't have been any the wiser. I will admit that in retrospect, I shouldn't have kept it because I still dont know what I really bought. I do know that i'll receive a packet explaining more details in the next 30 days however i'm concerned because I dont know the limitations, locations of the places the work can be performed, etc. More to come on this when I receive the packet. Vehicle: When buying from a first rate Ford Dealership, you would expect the vehicle you purchase, used or otherwise, has undergone a vetting process as to not tarnish the name of a highly respected brand such as Ford and the brand of the dealer itself. This was not the case for myself. When I got the vehicle home, I caught a glimpse of what appeared to be rust on the undercarriage. I looked more closely and saw rust throughout the entire undercarriage. A sight no one would want to see when spending nearly 25k for a vehicle (see photos). This is resulting in concern to drive my family around in this vehicle. In summary - The buying experience was smooth but ended there. Follow ups to the sales professional that assisted me left me wanting. I went as far as asking if there was a policy to return the vehicle (understanding there is no cooling off period in FL) due to the circumstances however was advised there is no policy to that effect. Be mindful of looking at your contract as I feel as though this isnt the first time this dealership tried to pass along this program. A learning lesson/warning for others shopping at Englewood - Be sure to review the vehicle up and down before buying a used vehicle from this organization.
