Service Department...I was greeted at the door directed to the correct person who handled everything from there! They even gave me a ride back to my home and when they were finished they delivered my car to me...THAT is service. This whole group is outstanding. Thank you Susan Gunter

Stay away from this dealership once you sign the deal they don’t care about anything else ,if you need information about anything good luck trying to get them yo call you back, what a joke of the management.

Mark was very helpful and accommodating. Since we were out of state he drove the vehicle we were interested in to a good friends home so our friend could inspect it! I will be recommending Mark & Englewood Ford to our friends and neighbors!

The service department did a excellent job of repairing my vehicle.. I have but good things to say about Clay he kept me informed about the situation.. But the salesman that sold me the car I have absolutely nothing good to say about him .. If the salesman had done his job correctly I would be driving a new vehicle instead of the 8 year old that I purchased..
