Always excellent service at Leith in Wendell. Dropped car off in the morning and ready that afternoon. They even cleaned underneath my car because I had recently replaced my upper and lower radiator hoses. Professional service, but more importantly is that they are also friendly.

Ryan and his team of technicians are amazing. I first took my car to auto shop in Youngsville and that was the biggest mistake I made! They messed my car up to where it wouldnt start. I got my car towed to Jeep and they went to work on finding out what the other shop messed up and why my car wouldnt start. Ryan was very caring and kept me up-to-date with any updates that he was given from the technician. It was a long three weeks but Im glad to have my vehicle back and working again thanks to Ryan and his team. I have learned my lesson for sure and from now on I will be going to see Ryan and the team at Wendell jeep with any trouble I have.

Ryan my Service writer as always was very good and appreciated. However, I've never had a fuel filter change where fuel was spilled and left on the frame work of the truck and not cleaned up. Had I not been leaving town right after that I would have taken it back. The recall should have involved a NEW drag link rather than welding the nuts because when I get an alignment It's gonna cost me more than it should because of the recall fix. The threads on the bar are ruined. THANKS FOR RUINING the TRACK BARS ADJUSTMENT.

Went in for an initial oil change, 3 software updates, and 3 customer recalls. All were completed earlier than expected and the folks were great. Thank you for doing such a great job everyone!

A bit disappointed that they weren't sure the repair of filling the low oil would resolve the problem of the car shutting off. But recommended we try it and come back by in 2K miles to check oil levels. So far car hasn't shut off so it looks promising.

They were friendly and gave a great deal on my trade and a fair price on the used Jeep we bought.
