Had a wonderful experience shopping for a new car.

It was a wonderful experience. Could not think of a thing I would change. All the personal was great. They took their time and explained everything to me.

Super Experience!

Hands down the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman (Demetri) was very professional and provided my daughter and I an oustsnding test drive, along with a detailed instruction of some of Kia?s newest features. Finance team Helped me get the interest rate I was looking for, along with a payment that fit my budget Thanks Kia of Auburn!

Anything that I could get credit approved.

I went in thinking that I was going to leave with my same car. The salesman worked with me and I left there with a brand new 2018 Optima! I feel good about the purchase with all the amenities that came with the car. I can now take road trips with my sisters and I have enough luggage space. Kia of Auburn has given me new lease on life!

They were very friendly and informative.

TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE--START TO FINISH

KIA OF AUBURN WAS THE FIRST STOP IN WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE A LONG PROCESS OF CAR SHOPPING . MY EXPERIENCE AT KIA OF AUBURN WAS SO GOOD THAT IT ENDED UP BEING MY FIRST...AND LAST...STOP, AND I WENT HOME WITH A BRAND NEW KIA OPTIMA THAT VERY AFTERNOON, WITH A DEAL THAT FIT ME ALMOST PERFECTLY!!!! ASK FOR DAVID HUGHES! HE MADE THE WHOLE THING VERY EASLY FOR ME...!!! I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR AND MY PAYMENTS!!!

Sorento

The buying experience was satisfactory, however I was told by my salesman that should I have any questions I could text or call him. One week later when I had a question I texted him several times and got no response. I called and left a voicemail, again no response. I finally called the dealership and was told that he no longer works there. I feel that I should have been notified and given another person to contact in case I had any issues or questions.

New car..

Had a wonderful experience. Was not expecting to get a brand new car, but with the help of Ryan and William, I did. Yyyaaayyy... Would recommend all my family and friends to them. Great job guys...

LOVE my new car!!!

I went in to Kia knowing nothing about the car buying process, and everyone there were so friendly and helpful, no one hesitated to answer any of my questions. I'd like to specifically thank Natasha and Ryan, they both did so much for me to insure that I got the best car for the best deal, I am so grateful to them both! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car that they go to Kia in Auburn, and ask for Natasha! :)

I took my old car in for maitance and drove out wi

I took my 2015 Kia Optima in for my oil changeand while waiting I was greeted by Tara Cale a sales lady and we talked and she asked me if i was interested in tradingin my 2015 for a newer car.I said yes if the price was right and within the payment amount i could afford.Tara done an exceptional job in obtaining the information she needed to get me the right deal.She took me to the new car and explained everything I needed to know about the features and assisted in setting up bluetooth etc.Tara is a very good sales lady and Kia should be very proud to have such a person working for them.Thanks for everything Tara.
