My wife purchased an Acura in April 2025.
My wife purchased an Acura in April 2025. We live in Colorado and paid $1000 for the license plates, which were supposed to be delivered to our home in Denver. It is now over 3 months later and we have not yet received the license plates. My wife and I have left half a dozen messages, with Marcos Rancel, Daniel Fores and others. No one will call us back. The Acura has had 3 separate temporary plates and will expire again the end of July. We feel the $1000 spent for the plates is a scam. Since no one will call us back my next step will be to take legal action. They have no concept of customer service.

They say one thing over the phone and a completely
They say one thing over the phone and a completely different one in person. I was told "bring the offer in paper and we"ll beat it". Of course it didn't happen, and the person I was talking to before over the phone just stopped answering my calls. Terrible service. Go to Gunther, so respectful and happy to work with anyone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian Soca, Jalen Chapman, and Marcos Rancel to lease my new VW. Each person was attentive, accommodating and easy to communicate and work with. I have dealt with other dealerships and the experience was terrible. There were no hidden fees or miscommunications about my needs and requirements. They were respectful and went above and beyond to complete the deal. Although Rick Case isn't near my home I would use them again for my next lease or car purchase. Julio Rodrigues was rude, I purchased a car and he made
Julio Rodrigues was rude, I purchased a car and he made me wait 3 hours and on top of that, he was not pleasant and even with all this wait, he didn t take the time to explain anything which created more frustrations and missundertandings later in the in the process. A lot of unecessary stress and headache, I recommend you stay away from this company and this person.

Terrible experience. I bought my own lease. Ronald Marroquin took away all desire to buy from this dealer again. Terrible customer service, a lot of unanswered questions, and I waited over a month to get a copy of what I signed. It comes out that he added a totally unworthy extended warranty. The car is now covered by the re certification until 74k miles and supposedly covered until 100 by an additional warranty for which he charged me over a $1,000, however, it will expire at the same time as the 74k one, in short words, I will never get to use the other. I sat with a manager today, who confirmed that he should have offered the longer term warranty instead but he didn’t, and since the car is over 4y old (it wasn’t then) there is nothing to do. Basically, I was SCAMMED

Tried to schedule service for a recall and minor oil leak
Tried to schedule service for a recall and minor oil leak on my Atlas and the next available appointment is in 6 weeks! Where is Rick Case's vaunted service? Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from Rick Case if they can't service it in a reasonable amount of time while under warranty.
