Sales floor team was fine but the finance manager(s) refuse to work on numbers with you and strike a deal. Bare minimum even after offering 40-50% of the cars value down. They dinged my credit prior to us getting the numbers down.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I called to ask a simple and very standard question about a Tesla Model S—specifically about the car’s onboard computer details. The salesperson, “I,” said he checked using the VIN but didn’t know the answer. " He believes " the answer was correct. I calmly explained that the car’s computer would show the information immediately, and instead of taking a moment to verify it properly, he abruptly hung up on me. Hanging up on a customer for asking basic questions is unacceptable. If you’re serious about buying a car, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This was rude, dismissive, and a complete waste of time.

I made an appointment for a recall on my 2024 ID4. I was there on time on April 1st for my at 8:45. Immediately was told it would take more than a day to do this. I asked about the charges and was told that it was covered by VW totally upfront. This dealer does not loan cars for the days your car is down, therefore I caught a ride home from the dealer and was off to fend for myself during the 2 full days it took them to return my car. The mechanic sent me a video shot on April 2nd stating he recommended new windshield wipers because they "screeched" (something I personally installed 2 weeks prior, OEM nonetheless) . That alone made me doubtful about the authenticity of the multi-point check. This blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary parts makes me question the accuracy and honesty of their entire shop. He also recommended alignment and balancing of the two front wheels, for the modest sum of $1,100.00. This is something I don't think anyone would approve in a car that drives on regular city streets with just 15000 miles on its back. The one star goes to the only positive thing about this ordeal. Tiffany, the person that spoke with me in person, treated me with respect and even helped me with a ride from my home to the dealer since it was late and the drivers had all gone home for the day. I'd rather take my car elsewhere next time. Do not trust this service center

Beware doing business with Rick Case Volkswagen. Rick Case Volkswagen engaged in deceptive and misleading business practices. Their staff is not adequately trained, and their staff deceptively mislead a customer (me) causing them to lose $100s for which they will not reimburse, nor even respond. I am an out of state buyer and I was working with Rick Case (RC) on purchasing a vehicle I identified online. RC passed me around to 5 different associates. I finally connected with a sales associate who told me (via documented text) their pre-owned sales manager had agreed on an ‘out the door’ price in the late afternoon. Early the following day I was working with RC sales staff to complete the transaction. They confirmed that vehicle was mine (via documented text) and led me to believe we would be proceeding to the next step. This included providing information & documentation, holding the vehicle via credit card, and beginning the financing process. Because I was out of state, I decided to invest in a 3rd party vehicle pre-purchase inspection. The RC sales team agreed to allow the inspector to see the vehicle and they helped me coordinate the logistics of the inspector including arrival time, points of contacts, and vehicle availability. They knowingly agreed & understood I was investing my own money to inspect under the premise the vehicle was mine. However, upon realizing that I was putting more rigor into the buying process, RC decided to pull out of the transaction and sell the vehicle to another buyer. RC has been requested to contact me to discuss resolve the issue and they refused to communicate. I have left several messages for the general manager, Yalain Regueyra, and for the general sales manager, Daniel Florez. Neither has the professionalism to return my phone calls. I am requesting Rick Case Volkswagen reimburse my $200 investment in a 3rd party inspection after they agreed to a transaction, agreed to the 3rd party inspection, and then pulled out from the transaction.

My wife purchased an Acura in April 2025. We live in Colorado and paid $1000 for the license plates, which were supposed to be delivered to our home in Denver. It is now over 3 months later and we have not yet received the license plates. My wife and I have left half a dozen messages, with Marcos Rancel, Daniel Fores and others. No one will call us back. The Acura has had 3 separate temporary plates and will expire again the end of July. We feel the $1000 spent for the plates is a scam. Since no one will call us back my next step will be to take legal action. They have no concept of customer service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian Soca, Jalen Chapman, and Marcos Rancel to lease my new VW. Each person was attentive, accommodating and easy to communicate and work with. I have dealt with other dealerships and the experience was terrible. There were no hidden fees or miscommunications about my needs and requirements. They were respectful and went above and beyond to complete the deal. Although Rick Case isn't near my home I would use them again for my next lease or car purchase. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HARD AND EFFICIENT WORK!

Julio Rodrigues was rude, I purchased a car and he made me wait 3 hours and on top of that, he was not pleasant and even with all this wait, he didn t take the time to explain anything which created more frustrations and missundertandings later in the in the process. A lot of unecessary stress and headache, I recommend you stay away from this company and this person.
