They led us through a brand we were unfamiliar with, then found us exactly what we wanted and delivered it to our home an hour away from the dealership. Every person was a good communication and pleasant.

I've always used Prescott Valley Kia to keep my Sorento in perfect shape and they have always, always been informative, timely, and professional. Their sales and service areas have recently been remodeled and are very comfortable for customers.

The service people are great they know how to change oil versus most shops in the area. Never had any more oil spillage on my undercarriage etc. Oil change and other services were exceptional. Return customer 1 year plus for this dealership. Would recommend it to neighbors and friends.
