I like customer service provided by Heather. I can tell for sure that is the best customer service l received in my life. I had a bad experience with sales. She figured out that I was disappointed by the response I got from the sales guy and most importantly she trusted me, but not the sales guy from whom I brought the car. Without me asking, she came to me and talked with me and gave some incentive. The sales guy who promised me to give three free oil services when I brought the vehicle said he dont remember and asked me the proof which he didnt not gave me when I got the vehicle. I just trusted his words. On the other hand Heather who does not have any obligation to make me happy. But she went extra mile to make her customer happy. Honda should encourage this kind of employees who are making Honda proud. Thank you Heather.

Nick was excellent to work with. I arrived 15 minutes early and he did not hesitate to take my info and get my oil change started. This was my first oil change and I was very pleased with the service. There was a decent amount of people waiting for service in the lobby but we all seemed to be done fairly quickly. I was anticipating an hour wait but I think we were only there for 30 minutes! It was a smooth process and I’ll be back next service!

Joseph and Jeff were dealing with my purchase, Jospeh had helped with test drive of Pilot and odyssey and explained the options we have in both, later Jeff had taken care of the numbers, Both Joseph and Jeff are very professional and very helpful and I completed the purchase in one hour (including test drive time). Easy to deal with. After the purchase Jeff has explained all the features of Pilot, he is very helpful. Last time I bought my Accord from Carland, if I compare my experience with that, I have received a fantastic service at Lou Sobh Honda. Keep it up! Jeff, I am very impressed with your customer focus.
