New car buying ecperience.
Original salesman had family emergency, so another (Chris) took the reins and did a great job. Got a fair price for the CR-V and a good trade-in for my old car. Did not have to bargain at all, first final price presented was the one we agreed to.

Best Experience
Their sales department was great! I worked with Jim W. I told him what I was looking for, and that I needed to do a few things over a three day period. He did not put pressure or make me feel guilty about leaving without a deal. He kept telling me he wanted to earn my business, and I felt he was very genuine during each time we talked. I really like the Honda brand, and I am enjoying my new Ridgeline!

Found and fixed an unknown problem under warranty
I went in for simple maintenance, which included a recall item on a battery sensor. The report came back that my battery failed a test. I only have 14,000 miles, but I also only have 1 month left on the warranty. When Shannon, my service rep saw the report, he sent the car back to have it tested again; it failed again. They replaced the battery under warranty. Thank you!

Car Repair
I have never experienced customer service like I did here. When there was a hiccup, not only did someone jump on it immediately, but I felt like they really cared that I was inconvenienced.

Car buying as it should be!
The car and all of it's features were presented very in depth by our Sales Rep, so we new full well what we were about to buy! The sale price negotiation was low key and professional. And finally the financing was presented with options, and yes we did purchase the extended warranty! Bottom line...we drove off the lot not feeling like we had just been to war, but instead were the new owners of a fine automobile that we got at a fair price.

These are really nice people and that matters to me
I have only had excellent experiences with the service department. Heather has always gone out of her way (she may not realize it but she is very kind, very professional, and greatly appreciated), so much so that when it needed service, B 13 I brought my daughter's CR V in for the first time And, altho Heather was home with the flu, she had everything organized, appointment time, etc so that Bonnie, whom I had never met, was able to step in and manage everything. REALLY, where do you find these exceptional people? I enjoyed coffee, read my book, and my daughter's car was freshly washed and ready to go in record time. So now my Civic and her CR-V are both being well cared for at Lou Sobh. THANK YOU.
