The Service Department did a great job of addressing the issues I had plus identified some new issues with power steering and rear transaxle that was leaking.

My air bags had a recall and I called to set up an appointment. Bonnie was so sweet and helpful. I’ve never been to a dealership to get work done on my car because I assumed it would a be way more expensive and b they’d tell me things that weren’t true. I got a rental for 24 hours and an oil change. Bonnie was wonderful and so was the rest of the team.

Came in for first service on my new Honda. Got an oil change.

I visited this dealership couple of times and also interacted with the sales manager via mail and phone. Couple of points that sets this dealership apart from others 1. Always reachable and responsive to calls, and mails 2. Very transparent about pricing, vehicle features and how it stacks with other offerings and even competitors. 3. Very co-operative and willing to show as many vehicles as you ask for in all colors and trims available. I was looking for a CRV, but they were open to show me a PILOT, Odyssey, etc. And not just from outside, but the interiors, test drive, etc. 4. The entire team is very friendly and very approachable. Also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. They had answers for any question I had about the vehicle and were not just trying to wing it.
