Not only did I get a routine oil change using a coupon, a free car wash and a battery check, my service guy also showed me how to use Bluetooth so I can listen to audiobooks on my phone while driving! This guy is better than my grandkids when it comes to taking the mystery out of Bluetooth! Thank you Jane Rice

I came to trade in my car and lease a new one. I contacted David earlier in the week. He walked me through everything I needed to do preemptively. We I arrived, he had everything ready. He handed me over to Tony who completed all of appropriate paperwork with me. From arrival to driving off the lot it took less than 2 hours. Quickest, Easiest and most stress free environment I have been in involving purchasing a new car. Impeccable Customer Service.

In the past 6 months of moving to Cumming, I couldn't be happier with the service and care I am getting from Shannon McConnell and the team at Lou Sobh Honda. It is an older mini-van (2007) so it has needed a little love the past 6 months. Shannon has been great walking me through any problems with the car, how much it would cost and his recommendation. The repair work has been solid. It nice to find a service shop that will take care of your car when you are new to an area and having bought the car from any dealer in town.
