Alexis Maple is the best.

Alexis Maple is extremely knowledgeable about the automobile sales environment, and can provide a wide variety of information on all things related to not only purchasing a vehicle, but also things to consider after purchasing it. She is very organized, and had many vehicles readily available in a short time frame for me when I arrived at the dealership. Her insight into the present automobile market, as well as her perceived clairvoyance into future markets, are extremely beneficial to locating the perfect car. I recommend her to anyone interested in partnering with a high quality sales representative.

No hassle timely service

Justin did a great job reviewing the service plans and gave a fair estimate for time to serve. He called promptly with additional repair concerns. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Car was done within the time fram he states with no issues. Audrey also provided a rental with no push to up sell and no wasted time reviewing/doing unnecessary paperwork. From Buford but drive to Cumming for service at this dealership because it is far better!

AIRBAG REPLACEMENT

Facility designed for efficiency and customer services. Clean, comfortable, and convenient waiting area. Time for repair was discussed and time was met. Car was washed before returned to me. Great service!!

Honda Recall Service Visit

Prompt appointment was provided and work done. Free rental car provided. I was notified when the work was completed and also informed about service concerns. I was happy overall with the experience.

Lease with trade in

Found the dealer online. Connected with a sales rep. My wife went through the normal test drive process. We had our baby with us, I stayed in their comfortable waiting area. Making the deal was fairly painless, some negotiation involved. Overall a good experience, a personable dealer.

Professional dealership!

The first part of my rating is towards the service advisor, Heather Cullen. She is knowledgeable & she knows how to give wonderful customer service & her service team supports her proudly. Secondly, I fortunately own a 2003 Honda S2000 with low mileage, 67,000 miles. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car to Heather for service knowing she will have quality work completed at a affordable price. In this case, parts were needed & I was put in a Honda Accord rental which was a nice treat! Great marketinkg getting to experience new products from Honda. I have been a Honda fan for many years. I'm aging myself however since my first car was a 1974 Honda Civic & been partial to Honda's ever since. I have already referred some of my neighbors to see Heather. And as I see it, is the best compliment!!! Lou Sobh thank you for the overall feeling & I plan to return for future service work needed.

New CAR

Very fun shopping trip. We drove several cars. Chris stayed with us for 4 hours while we shopped. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were considering. He was never pushy which is an automatic turn off for me. He listened to what I wanted as well as what my wife wanted and helped guide us into our ultimate choice. We had no intention of buying a vehicle that day as we were going to shop a lot more brands. The vehicle pretty much sold its self in the end.
