Lou Sobh Honda

I worked with Kim and Andrea to order my new Ridgeline. Both were most helpful and worked with me to get the best deal "that the market allows". I have not experienced the Service department yet but will soon.

Great customer service experience. My car was repaired in one day, actually by 1pm same day I dropped it off. I was not inconvenienced at all and my service representative (Heather) was helpful and so courteous. I will definitely take my Honda back here for any other items I need and will most likely buy my next Honda here. My AC was repaired and a recall on my air bag was repaired with no issues. I think this dealership has a very honest work force and I will trust their advice about future repairs. Thank you!!!

Our salesperson, Steve was very knowledgeable and great to work with. They didn't have the exact model Pilot I was looking for in the color I wanted it, but there was one being built I was able to purchase. It arrived ahead of schedule. Each time we came to the dealership we had our three kids in tow. They were fine hanging out in the kids area and Steve was great about including them in the process so they were entertained. I would highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda.

Have been to this dealer in the past for service and have always had good experiences. Was in the market for a new vehicle and worked with Eric. I stretched the purchase decision out over a several month period and Eric was always good regular "soft" follow-up. When I finally made the purchase, Eric made the process as efficient as is possible. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, was able to answer all questions, and made it clear that he was available to provide any other assistance after the sale. Would (and likely will) purchase another vehicle from this dealer and would gladly have Eric assist with the purchase

Oil change and tire rotation in under an hour. The service agent even found a discount coupon for the tire rotation/balance. Plus they brought it back all washed. Such a deal!

I was able to bring my car in for service without an appointment and my adviser was able to get my car worked on the same day. My car was finished in a timely manner.

Service area was very clean and had plenty of people on duty and did not have to wait. Everyone was very pleasant and was on our way very quickly.

I was dreading purchasing a new car and it turned out great. Test drove 3 different cars and Chris was very knowledgeable on each one. I recommend this dealer and our salesman Chris to everyone !
