Lou Sobh Honda

After doing much research, I narrowed my vehicle search down to two different auto brands. Hands down, Honda won my vote! Thanks Victor! The car buying experience was very smooth. He did an excellent job from describing all the different options to giving his personal attention to detail when demonstrating all the "techy" functions of my new vehicle making sure I understood how to use all items before leaving. (This 30yr. teacher loved that!) (He even gave us he cell# to call if any questions!) Victor even programmed my phone to the car before I left the lot. This type of personal service is truly appreciated. This will be my our first Honda, but now, certainly not our last! Love my CR-V EX-L with Navigation!

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was politely greeted upon my arrival and John had me back on the road in no time.

I brought my vehicle up for an oil change. Mike Blalock met me at my vehicle and asked how he could help. I mentioned the oil change, which he wrote up, and then I mentioned transmission was not as smooth as my 06 Odyssey. He mentioned a possible software upgrade which he then included on the work order. The check on my vehicle identified the need for the upgrade which then was subsequently made and which I could feel the difference after leaving the dealership. Mike kept me informed of the status on the order as he made many checks for me. He gave me a reason for the upgrade and the change would put my mind at ease. Thanks to Mike and the Lou Sobh Honda team.

Andrea and Josh provided my family an above ordinary experience! We had shopped a few dealers the past few days and either turned off by sales or couldn't find the right car. My husband is a local fireman and is usually on shift which left me looking at cars again with 3 kids under 7!!!! This team was so accommodating to me and my children....completly made me a lifetime costumer! On top of them going above and beyond to find the right car with all the specs I requested...All of this was done with smiles and no ugly looks about all the popcorn and crayons on their desks! The sales team has always been wonderful during the buying purchase. They answer your questions and will work with anyone's situation. And if there are better options to consider, they have no problems pointing them out.

I love Hondas! They be ver break. Lou Sobh is one of four Honda dealerships that I've done business with but Lou Sobh Honda is the opitome of great service and professionalism. My service advisor is usually Heather Cullen. She is the Cat's Meow! Over the weekend I had a service problem with one of my tires and I contacted Heather, but found her unavailable. I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie Massengillle and the service manager David Wilke. They were also incredible. I am an insurance adjuster and have seen the very best to the worst. I'm buying my next car from Lou Sobh Honda because of the many pleasant experiences. GREAT JOB LOU SOBH!

I am recognized when I drive in by the message board above the service drive. The service writer calls me by my name beginning with Mr. He/She explains all the recommended services my car may need to be kept in tip top shape. I usually have the invoice from my previous visit so can verify what they are telling me. I am made to feel special and offered a seat in the waiting room or to get me a loaner car if the service will take too long. I appreciate all the service personnel at Lou Sobh from the Service Manager David to the porter who brings my car forward when the service is complete. I am so glad to be doing business with Lou Sobh Honda, we have two Honda cars and will buy our next one from this dealership.
