I needed to replace my 2005 Honda Odyssey and I wanted to stay under $10k & 125k miles. They had exactly what I was looking for under $8k! It was flawless inside and out. Their body guy pointed out a minor dent in a wheel well I hadn’t even seen & they repaired that as well as giving it a deep detailing. Zero pressure from sales gal, just nothing but helpfulness! I will never go anywhere else.

I was from Indiana and just helping our son move into Caledonia. Our van would not start. We got a referral from a new neighbor (Velocity Motors). They were wonderful about referring a towing service, keeping me informed via emails and phone conversations . They even sent me a picture of the problem (wire harness to fuel pump had been chewed thru by an animal). My conversations with Cami were pleasant and informative, I always felt in the loop. They took care of our problem very quickly. I highly recommend their service department !

I didn't end up making a purchase because the used vehicle that I was looking for did not have the options that I really wanted, but I wish I had been able to! Brent was very understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm going to keep my eye on the inventory here & perhaps we can make a deal in the future!

Velocity Motors has patiently been working with my husband and I as we have been having car troubles for 2.5 months.
