This is a overdue review of my recent service experience at Concord Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for service after multiple poor service experiences at another Mazda dealership in the Bay Area, in hopes that the service would be better. I dropped my car first thing in the morning for a morning appointment to diagnose a vehicle operational issue. I ended up sitting at the dealership all day (5pm) waiting for the service department to investigate my issue. What I got out of this experience was someone spending 20 minutes with the vehicle at the end of the day and then telling me there was nothing visibly wrong with my car and they couldn't replicate the issue. In addition, they basically told me directly that I did not know how to operate the vehicle that I had owned for over three years. There was clearly a visible issue with the vehicle and I found it amazing that the service department did not see any problems. As soon as the vehicle was turned back over to me I immediately replicated the issue in the Concord Mazda parking lot. I went back into the service department and explained the situation and was told I would need to schedule another appoint which was infuriating after already wasting an entire day. I left the dealership with a loss of $300 and 10 hours of my time. My frustration forced me to bring my vehicle to non-Mazda specific repair shop who was able diagnose and repair the issue with my vehicle for a fraction of the time and cost it took Concord Mazda to diagnose nothing. Very frustrating experience. I don't plan to bring my business back to this dealership or any other Mazda dealership in the area, especially when it deals with diagnosing problems. The experience felt like such a scam.

I had a very positive experience at Concord Mazda! We went on test drives with both Alex and Luis and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision between several vehicles without putting any pressure on us to purchase - a very enjoyable experience! The sales manager was also very helpful and pleasant - Thanks guys!

We recommend Concord Mazda
We went in on Saturday 8/26/23 to look at a used vehicle. Jakelin greeted us upon entering the sales office and quickly provided us with her assistance. Once we informed Jakelin which vehicle we were interested in she provided us with the pertinent background of the vehicle. She then brought the car to us and accompanied us on a test drive. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. Jakelin then sat in the vehicle and reviewed all the vehicle’s features with us. She then provided us with her business card abusing us to contact her with any questions we may have. Thank you Jakelin for a great car buying experience!!!

Extremely rude and disrespectful sales lady.
Extremely rude and disrespectful sales lady. A female “senior sales consultant” approached me outside and yelled at me for not purchasing a car after a few days, said I was "wasting everyone's time", and had a temper tantrum when I indicated I would be working with someone else. I arrived at this dealership with full funds are well prepared to purchase a vehicle. I am so disappointed ty the poor level of service.

This review is for Khan Nguyen who helped me purchase a used vehicle through Concord Mazda. Khan was responsive online, friendly and informative in person. Honest about what he knew, and did not know about the vehicle I purchased. Khan is competent and genuine and treated my wife and I respectfully. I never felt like a sales mark. Khan is a great asset, deserves a raise. We had issues with the dealership, But Khan’s professionalism helped us complete the sale.

Dont fall into False Promises
I traveled all the way from Sacramento on the promise travelling costs would be reimbursed. Salesman was Gregory Miller and Jamil. After the purchase I was told to forward the receipt and since then nothing was done. Each time you call no one cares to take the call.

I would have loved to bought a car from them, but since I don't have a California address, they WON'T sell to me....PERIOD! But they advertise on a nationwide web site? WHY?
