Concord Mazda

Everyone at Concord Mazda was excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. I specifically worked with Alex, Brieon, and Justin. They all get five stars across the board. It was late in the day, yet they were extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Fantastic customer service all around.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in! We were greeted by Paul and then introduced to Marie for the rest of the process. Marie was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was such a joy to work with! We are so grateful that we chose a Mazda, and even more grateful that we went to the Concord location. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

From the moment we walked in we were surprised how nice the dealership was. We were greeted immediately and our salesperson Raul came out and took us on a test drive of the Mazda MX5 RF. We drove both the automatic and the manual and ended up purchasing the manual. The process was smooth and everything was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Concord Mazda!

I’ve purchased about 10 cars from dealerships(mostly used)in my lifetime and this dealership might be the easiest one I’ve ever worked with. Their price was fair and transparent. They didn’t try to sneak in any extra fees like one of the other Bay Area Mazda dealers did!

Upon finding a gasket leak they immediately got me a loaner vehicle. Work was complete the next morning, as promised.

Concord Mazda is dependent with lots of knowledge staff, my car was done ahead of schedule.

Luis, the sales representative, was very helpful and attentive to my questions. There was no pressure to purchase which helps a lot in this situation.

Daryon was very helpful. No pressure, personable and nice. Dealership is very nice! They were helpful with my email requests for more information on the used vehicle that I was interested in. They found a great loan rate for me too!
