Service Department was great and performed my requested service of oil change and tire rotation in the stated time. While I give the Service Department five stars, I give the dealership 2 stars for their policy of “exact change’”only when people pay with cash to avoid the credit card surcharge. I was taken by surprise as it never came up on their website or when I called to make my appointment. I had sufficient cash but carried no spare change and had to pay by credit card. What business in modern times cannot make change! Not sure I will be back due to this policy.

Although the person who helped me was helpful, I waited a long time without being acknowledged. I didn't feel important or tended to as a customer. Its fair and I'm eventually take care of but Ive had much better experiences at other dealerships.
