I spent two months looking for a German SUV here in South Florida. I went to local dealers and, as expected, the experience was terrible: high pressure sales tactics, big markup fees, etc. Fortunately I found a beautiful car on cars.com and was so impressed by the 88 high-resolution photos the dealer had uploaded to his website that I contacted him immediately. When I made an appointment to go see the car for the first time, I was the only person on the private lot which I loved. Mihai is a car fanatic and is very selective about the cars he purchases at auction here in Florida. His office, garage and showroom are immaculate, and the dealership is located in a gated, well maintained industrial park in a safe area west of Palm Beach. I would highly recommend Mihai and Autoland of West to anyone considering buying a luxury import here in Florida or out-of-town buyers who want to know the person they are dealing with is an honest and reputable individual. I will be calling Mihai the next time I am in the market for a new car.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell or trade in my vehicle, so I set up an appointment with Mihai from Autoland and brought it in for him to look at. He inspected it right in front of me and discussed what he was looking for and what he had found. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and was very impressed with the customer service I received before, during and after the deal was made. I would highly recommend this dealership, buying or selling, and will definitely be back for future automobile needs.

Didn?t feel like a car dealer! Went to see two separate cars on two different occasions and ended up buying one. Mihai was polite and seemed to know a lot about European cars. Was surprised to see that there was no extra fees or expenses other than the price we agreed on. He ended up finding a BMW 550i for us and gave us a fair price that was less than several other cars we looked at from large dealers. My wife enjoyed that we could make an appointment and see the car without feeling pressured or that we were in a crowded dealership. I am already considering buying a weekend car and know where we will be looking first.

We are repeat customers of Mihai and once again very pleased with the car we purchased and the process. The car we purchased was new in and had not been prepared for sale, but Mihai pulled out all the stops and made sure it was cleaned and checked over to be picked up the following day as we needed the car quickly. Mihai and Val just cant do enough for you and we feel so comfortable dealing with them both buying cars. Customer service is top knotch and honesty when discussing the vehicles is one of the reasons we came back for our 2nd car. Our X5 is driving well and we will continue to use this company.

Shopping for a used BMW on line and found one at Auto Land of West. Made an appointment for a test drive. Car and car lot was very clean and Mihai was very knowledge about European cars. The price was right and would highly recommend Auto Land of West for you next used car.I will definitely be back for my next car.

After spending 3 weeks visiting dealerships and not feeling confident with the vehicles viewed we then found Autoland. We contacted Mihai with regard to the car he had listed for sale and arranged a meeting. When arriving at the premises it was clean, professional and Mihai was not pushy but very knowledgable about the car. We felt at ease straight away and when buying a car it makes it more enjoyable rather than feeling nervous and apprehensive. The transaction was easy and Mihai and his team took care of all the paperwork for us. We needed a plate so Autoland did this for us for a very small charge compared to the charges from large dealerships. We have had the car a few weeks now and pleased with it, Mihai is also there for you in after sales as we needed to contact him about a very minor thing, were do you find that in this business!! I would recommend Mihai and we are going back to him in the future as we need another vehicle shortly so save yourself the headache and time and see what Autoland have to offer in vehicles before stepping into the jungle!

Bought a Mercedes sight unseen from out of state. Car was as advertised and nearly perfect. I have learned the hard way that cars usually do ot look nearly as good in person as they do in the ad. Well Mihai's pictures were superb and the car was every bit as good in person as in his pictures. Very pleasant to work with. Picked me up at the airport after hours and made sure I was happy with the car before we closed the deal. Also he followed up by phone several times in the following days to make sure my drive back to Texas went well. This is a used car salesman I trust.....very rare indeed!
