All around great transaction. Flew down to Florida with my oldest son to pick up his BMW 330CI. Mihai picked us up in the BMW and drove us to his dealership. The process was quick and easy. The car exceeded both our expectations. Excellent car, very fair prices, and great customer service. Added bonus was the road trip back to Wisconsin. The car kept up with the Florida crowd with no problem going 100mph plus. 1,534 miles later, and the car made it back with zero issues. It is the ultimate driving machine. All in all, flawless transaction. My only regret is not buying the CL500 that was there. Still thinking about it. May just have to make another road trip. Thanks Mihai.

I could not agree more with the reviews on here. Mihai is one of the best cars salesmen and dealerships I have ever dealt with! He is honest and not trying to force you to buy. He is very patient and all around nice guy. He also gave us a very fair deal. We bought a beautiful 528i which we absolutely adore and couldn't be more happy with. The car was extremely clean and honestly all of the cars he carries are in prestige shape. I can see why he has so many good reviews. We will be looking to go back when ready for an SUV and have already recommended others friends to him. If you want a reliable and clean used car this is definitely the place to go. The process of car buying with auto land of West was quick and easy. Terms of sale were quickly agreed upon with no extra or hidden fees. I did a lengthy online search nationwide for a specific vehicle. No one had a better deal and was willing to meet all my needs. Out of state, no problem. Need it shipped, ditto. I also found their knowledge and full description of my vehicle purchase to be spot on. And, this was my 4th time buying this particular make of vehicle, so I was armed with plenty of experience to know the quality and value of their product. Not to be remissed, I found the customer service and professionalism to be equally outstanding. Other car buying experiences, I have found to be pushy, controlling, shifty or even smug. Auto land of west allows you to go at your pace, they answer all your questions and work to find you an ideal car purchase. I'm a satisfied customer who will keep them in mind for myself and others on my next purchase!

Bought a 2004 mini. Description and pictures were totally accurate. Mihai returned cAlls and texts promptly. Priced as advertised. No jacked up extra prep and handling fees we kept finding at dealerships with bait cars! Sale was very smooth. Paperwork came back timely. Mihai even found and mailed a complete owners manual to us. This was my first time buying a car and they made the process so easy. My mom and I came by on a Saturday and we were hoping to see a Prius we saw on Cars.com. When we got there, we were actually shown two different Prius Toyotas and helped through the process of deciding which one fit my needs the most. After some talking and debating, we were able to work around the budget that we had come in with perfectly. We even had the option of coming in the next day with our final decision and the opportunity to take it for a diagnostics test at the local Toyota dealership before committing.
