Ron Bouchard Honda

After a few texts & conversations with Matt Kelly & the understanding I had to get back to work for a meeting, two certified pre-owned CRVs, were going to be ready to test drive. He would have the cars with the keys up front and ready. (I live about 45 min away) I get there and someone else greets me and immediately starts to show me other CRVs online. I told him I did not mean to be rude but I was pressed for time and was looking for the two cars I specifically came up for. It turns out neither was available for me to test drive. One just sold and the other was moved out back to service and won't be available for a few days. Matt, or someone, could have called me and told me things changed but they preferred for me to drive up there trying to upsell. There's no reason for me not to believe this was completely intentional.

Levon Artinian is great to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. He patiently waited while me and my husband worked the numbers. Levon went above and beyond to provide us with multiple options to choose from and we were able to drive away in our new 2024 Honda HRV. I can honestly say, this was the most positive experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

Bought my car with cash but overpaid amount due. Was told in April I would be reimbursed. After 5 calls it’s almost August and despite repeated assurances of reimbursement, nothing. Pleasant discussions with Eddie and Nate but no action. Poor way to run a dealership. I will never go back.
