Charbel stayed with us through every step and everything he promised was completed exactly as he said it would be. Eddie Bhatty in finance handled the paperwork and made the process feel effortless. When we returned the next week for final service items, the service team was just as friendly and professional. Everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to help.
