Terrible Customer Service

After purchasing over 30 vehicles for myself and my business, this has been absolutely the worst experience in customer service and integrity I have ever experienced. My car has less than 3,000 miles on it, it has failed electronics, safety concerns and leaks profusely when it rains. Lincoln Gervais's attitude is that it is not their problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

BUYER BEWARE

i PURCHASED A NEW 2020 LINCOLN AVAITOR . on 2/1/20. This car continues to leak every time it rains. The electronics periodoicly malfunction and the dealership will not help in any way for me to get out of my car purchase although the car has been in the shop 4 times for the same repair in 45 days! If you purchase a car from GERVAIS you will be lied to, treated rudely and lose days from work and drive a lemon that cost 75K. This dealership will not stand behind the product the sell.

I called and brought my vehicle in for a recall service. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours I brought the car in 9 AM and by noon time they hadn’t even moved it from the parking space that I parked in. When I made the appointment they told me it would be between three and four hours and I could wait, but that didn’t turn out right! This happened to me one other time in the past year at this dealership .Where I brought the car in to have an oil change,they said it Would take between one and 1 1/2 hours and I could wait for it. After 2 1/2 hours they still hadn’t done the job and I asked about it and they said they didn’t get to it yet. not good customer service to say one thing and mean another. Two strikes and your out with me. I’ll go elsewhere thank you very much!

These guys are GOOD!

These folks are Top Notch! I bought a used Mazda CX5 from them recently. They had put on new tires and battery, and changed the oil and air filters. On the drive home after purchase I noticed a mirror vibration. I did a Google search and found out there was a Service Bulletin that apparently the previous owners had never gotten done. They told me to bring it in. They brought it to a Mazda dealer who did an expensive repair! No charge to me! Thanks to Sovath, Paul, and Saavy!

Worst service department ever!

Service department is ignorant, gruff and not timely. They lie and do not have expertise to fix electronic components. The owner does not back the customers. All negotiated after-purchase services are not met and they are trained to lie. The facilities are less than acceptable. Each time, the ladies room did not have toilet paper nor paper towels. I had to tell them over and over.

Great service and attention to detail

My vehicle went in for an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The car was ready an hour later just as promised.
