The salesman, Keith B, was so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff there are all helpful, friendly, and polite. I love my new Kia it is a great car!
Unprofessional Work environment
I have been a patron of your location since I purchased my vehicle almost 3 years ago. Your salesman Dave is a true professional along with most of your staff other than your General Sales Manager Mike Fortuna. The other day while waiting for a service, I over heard him constantly belittling a team member loud enough that everyone in the waiting area could hear. On top of that he continued to belittle this team member in front of his sales team, getting them to chuckle and laugh at this individuals expense. This is an HR nightmare and should be addressed immediately. I have referred multiple friends and family to your establishment, but will not going forward any longer. He is truly unprofessional and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Conversation about performance should be had behind closed doors, and any manager of worth should know this.

I went into Kia this week to purchase a 2019 Sorento and I had Carlos DaSilva as my salesman. From the beginning of the process until the end, he was knowledgeable and showed me nothing but respect. I live close to the dealership and since my wife wasn’t there with me, he let me take it on a test drive to show her. I told him what I was looking to spend and a deal was made within that range. He never tried to get me into something more expensive. I ran into an issue on the day I picked up. In order to accommodate me so that I could get it home, he volunteered an hour of his own time after his shift had ended. He went above and beyond expectations throughout the entire process. I would give him 5 stars and recommend him to anyone
Worst experience around.
Worst experience around. No respect for customer making a big financial decision. Went in on a Friday, made a deal for a vehicle at $4k. System actually was giving the wrong price, price adjusted to $44k, deal signed, deposit given. Before leaving we notice a scratch on our brand new vehicle that was in the showroom. Dealer agrees to fix and it would be ready by Tuesday. We receive text messages from our sales person stating vehicle will not be ready until Thursday. Inconvenience for us. We arrive Thursday to the sales person stating that the price for the actual $46k, problematic for us because it was not the deal signed and agreed upon. Sat in the parking lot to think about the purchase again because of the two jumps in price that had happened. General manager states “I don’t want to sell you the vehicle anymore, I will return your deposit, we have been sitting on this sale for a week, vehicle was ready or you Tuesday and it’s Thursday!” Messages and phone calls with our sales person on Monday clearly says the car was not ready. We decide we will purchase the vehicle and walk to the financial office, not wanting to interact with the general manager with his disrespectful and rude attitude, but the general manager confronts my wife and says “do you know who I am? Don’t walk right by me.” We wanted this vehicle but not this experience and abuse. This will be the last time ever dealing with this dealership and we will not be recommending anyone go here if they want a easy car buying experience. **Also for another note, we saw the vehicle with 30 miles on it, in the showroom, and signing paperwork that states 30 miles on the odometer. Dealer takes the vehicle to get repaired at the body shop down the street. We take possession of the vehicle with over 60 miles on it.
Recall & rental car availability
Was there for a service call & found out brake lines were bad and on a recall, and for safety reasons they could not release my car. I understood that, but at least rentals should be available for those situations. Long weekend without transportation 🤨 Kia has got to do better if they want my business again.
My experience at Kia of Dartmouth was great! I had a new sales rep and he couldn't have been more kind. I bought a pre owned vehicle and the attention to detail of the car and service was excellent. No pressure at all to buy, very comfortable atmosphere.
I got my wife a nice Kia Sportage SX Prestige hybrid and we love the car so far, it has all the bells and whistles my wife love it. I want to say thanks to Fortes he his a good guy he did a great job for us also thank to Ricardo in finance he give us every thing straight forward.

David DeOliveira was courteous and friendly. I knew what I wanted, a 23 K5 AWD premium with sunroof. One was scheduled to come in on October 14 and arrived October 7. The buying process was streamlined and quicker than most dealerships I have dealt with. Car is wonderful and this is my second Kia and my second car I have purchased from Kia of Dartmouth. The benefits of a yearly detailing and an excellent service department makes it all worth while.
