Purchased a Beetle Volkswagen. What a great experience. Vehicle was exactly as described on the website. I purchased the vehicle site unseen. The staff at Lucky motors worked quickly to mail the paperwork to me, and helped with transport of the vehicle. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. Will definitely look back to them for my next purchase.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. 1 STAR IS AN OVERSTATEMENT Lucky Motors is the epitome of your quintessential sleazy.dealership. Their only intention is to get deals done at the complete expense of the customer. Almost every car on their lot is damaged (beyond reasonably) cosmetically, or has a check engine light. They (Specifically Chris the Owner) are definitely vultures whom are more than proud to prey on the desperate, ill informed, and helpless. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND HEADACHES!

Lucky Motors sold me a defect car
I bought a used BMW off there show room floor after calling their sales team and was told the car was in good shape make it clear I had to spend over $7000 in repairs called the Store owner after buying the car to see if they would repair the damages the next day and and was threatened by the Owner as he talked racial politics, I spent 17k Cash and was told that the store helps people to launder money so the Fede wouldn’t no or get alerted.

You should really think twice
On January 2nd, 2020 I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper S from Lucky Motors for my daughter as a birthday gift. The salesman RJ and Mario were easy to deal with and addressed a couple of cosmetic issues by ordering some parts for the car. In the time that I got the car home it seemed everything was O.K. until a few days after my daughter started driving it...it was intermittently not starting. I brought the car to my trusted mechanic (I've dealt with them for over 10 years) and was told that it needed a new high pressure fuel pump. They contacted Mini and found out that it could be repaired under warranty so I had them send it to the Mini dealer to have it done. I was informed that the pump they pulled out was a junk part and that the engine had been pulled at least once in its past and the work was sub-standard. I was also told there were multiple engine oil leaks, the spark plugs needed to be replaced and the coolant system needed to be flushed and filled with the proper coolant. Easy enough, I had them do the work. To find the sources of the oil leaks they de-greased the engine, added dye to the oil, and had us drive it for a hundred miles or so. I brought it back and was told that the oil pan gasket was leaking and someone applied RTV to it in an attempt to stop/hide the leak. Other leaks were from the oil filter housing/oil coolant pump and the lines to and from the turbocharger. Per Mini's tech bulletin on the matter the oil filter housing/oil coolant pump and the lines had to be replaced. Bottom line, in less than 2 months I've had to spend over $4000.00 in repairs. While they do have some nice vehicles and are easy to deal with, they do buy cars from auctions and flip them. Sometimes, like in a case like mine, you get a bad one. While I'm sure they would have been willing to have me bring the car into them to see if they could fix it, I just don't have faith in their abilities to do so properly, and since it is my daughter's car, I'm not willing to take that chance versus having someone I know for myself to be competent to get it repaired properly to the manufacturer's specifications with new OEM parts. So, all I can say is do your due diligence if you decide to buy a car from Lucky Motors, I didn't and it has cost me BIG TIME.

The experience that I have had with Lucky Motors has been...
The experience that I have had with Lucky Motors has been terrible and a reoccurring nightmare that has cost me over $2,000 and has left me without a vehicle for over 3 and a 1/2 months. Upon purchasing the vehicle I noticed it may have been leaking gas. We agreed that I would purchase the vehicle with a signed agreement that the vehicle would be fixed. The mechanic and sales associate assured me that I could drive the vehicle home and bring the vehicle back over the weekend to fix the small gas leak. Driving the vehicle home it stalled and needed to be towed back to the dealership. The dealership kept the vehicle for over 3 months with little communication of completing the repairs. The dealership did provide me a car during the time of the repair, but when the vehicle was returned to me it continued to have problems. When I asked for a repair log of all the work or parts the dealership used to fix the vehicle-they were not able to produce the logs or receipts of the parts they reported they purchased. The car continues to leak gas and it is not operable. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership but have not received a plan of how the they will remedy the issue of them knowingly selling me a bad car, tried to cover it up and now continues to ignore me. Excellent honest and pleasant buying experience
Chris the owner Mario and RJ made my buying experience such a pleasure. They were honest, very responsive and knowledgeable. They made shipping fair and prompt.I had my own mechanic check the car and he agreed with everything Chris and Mario had to say about the car. I thank Lucky motors for an excellent buying experience and I highly recommend them.

Horrible Experience! Never Profile!
This my far has been my worst experience! I came in “definitely dressed down” to test drive and leave with car the same day. I explained to the sales guy that I would not be financing through any of their lenders but I would utilize my credit union for some and pay cash for the remaining balance. The ran a hard inquiry on my credit and failed to mention it was a mistake until I received the notification and inquired about it. Yes, I am a Black woman, so the sales guy comes back to me after I was offered a “sales job” by their boss and questions if I will be paying with a personal check? I advised him I would be paying with a business check and he then proceed to ask me if it was able to be cashed without bouncing! I own two successful businesses in WI and gross more than literally everyone that was physically working that day. It was offensive, degrading and out right rude. I drove down the street from the place a found the same model car, newer at a cheaper price & I did pay cash!!
