The dealer we delt with was great.

The dealer we delt with was great. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we looked at and assisted my daughter with setting the vehicle up. I will do all my business with Rivertown Toyota from now on

3 hours to change a battery.

3 hours to change a battery. They did not know how to change one. They all just stood around. Bunch of dummies. I kept asking people to check on it & that did no good

Excellent facility for sales and service.

Excellent facility for sales and service. Friendly competent staff that provides great customer service in a timely manner. Arrived at appointment time had a short wait till service writer was free clear explanation of what was to be done estimated cost and time required
