I purchased a 2011 ford fiesta for $6,058.00 on 8/8/2020 for my daughters graduation and it has been not even a month and the vehicle has shut off on... her numerous times, has gone in reverse on its on and had coolant in the spark plugs along with finding a stuffed dirty sock in engine air intake hose as of yesterday. Took the car to sister dealership Subaru where it was purchased with manager Mr. Shepard, but I dealt with a new salesman from Rivertown Toyota which informed me I had 30 days if anything went wrong with vehicle to bring back and they informed my significant other that there was basically nothing that they could do after letting there mechanic look at it he said nothing was wrong besides referring to the coolant reservoir. I have not even rec'd the tag on the car yet and can't drive it without it cutting off randomly. They had no problem making a sale and turning a profit, but had no interest or concern in helping me at all. I basically wasted $6k and my graduate is still without a car. I'm so bothered by the whole situation.

My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle and we had a specific price point we needed to stay in. Our salesman, Mr. Kevin Green, got it where we needed... it.
