I was searching for used cars and I came across to Gulf Beach Auto. I couldn't believe my eyes! The prices, the low mileage of the cars, and the awesome brands! I got a 2012 Mazda3 I Sport and I'm so happy to have it! Since the moment I called for it, I found more than extremely attention and pleasure to help me get the car I was dreaming with since I already named it mine! The process was a delight, so easy and smooth. The cars models are up to date. The personnel are Awesome and very pleasant to work with. I couldn't be much happier. I will buy another car from them again and I will recommend it to everyone!

Great Service
I bought a car and the process of buying a car was very easy, open and they understand my need. I could say I received an exceptional customer service from that dealer ship. And will by an other car from them in future.

HAPPY IN PANAMA CITY BEACH
My husband and I went to Gulf Beach Auto a few months ago to look for a car for our son. We wanted a dependable, affordable, stylish and low mileage vehicle. We found that vehicle at Gulf Beach Auto. We were so pleased with the staff and selection that we went back for a 2nd car for our other son this week. Gulf Beach Auto has the best selection around and both our sons are extremely happy with their new cars.

A VERY DISAPPOINTING AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE
?I drove to Pensacola In April 2015 to purchase a 2013 Kia Soul I saw on Cars.com. It had a rebuilt title but low mileage, so I put down a deposit on it before I went there for this dealer to hold until I had a chance to view and drive it. After driving it I was satisfied the car was OK, so paid the dear for the car. While we were doing the paperwork on the vehicle, he informed me there was no Manufacturer warranty on the car once a car has a Rebuilt title. He told us this after we had given him the money for it. We accepted this, though didn?t like the way this was handled. Left the guy?s lot and got about 15 miles from there and the vehicle just shut down on the interstate. I pulled off the road after dodging an 18 wheeler and called him for some assistance. He said the car had probably run out of gas and that he would send no one to help, so I was left stranded on the interstate. My wife was following me luckily, so had to go by a gas can and gas to put gas in the Kia. The gas gauge was reading over half a tank when the car shut down. We drove 30 miles to get to the next exit to get gas and about 40 miles to put gas in the car. If the dealer would have sent someone to help it was about 10 minutes from his lot. After the gas was put in, the car ran fine and we made it home. It is odd he know so fast what was wrong with it after it just shut down on the Interstate. I took the car to Kia dealership and they of course said no warranty, even though it had on 26,0000 miles on it. They were going to charge a high fee just to check it. So I took it to another certified mechanic shop and they charged a certain amount to repair the float valve, which was relunctantly reimbursed by the dealer I bought the car from. Drove the car, ran out of gas again, was not fixed. Had to take it back to same shop and they had to put a new gas float assembly from Kia to repair it right, total cost was much higher than before which I did not get reimbursed for. Buyer beware if you purchase any vehicle from Gulf Beach Auto in Pensacola, Florida, once you drive it off the lot, they will not help you.?

The customer was helped twice, the first time diagnosing the problem correctly and the second was reimbursed partially for repair. Wanted us to help him after working hours. Spent only couple hundred dollars on very small repair while saved over $3000 on total purchase. Very hard to please.
Good service, good people
Nice, friendly people who are willing to help and negotiate the best price for their cars. They replaced the battery in the car I was buying because the car didn't start up right away and had to be jumped. Good quality of cars.

Excellent buying experience
I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years, and this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. No rush or pressure and a good selection of cars and trucks for a smaller dealership/ The 2012 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Track was a great value and a fun car to drive. Thank you GBA Team for all you help.
