Boucher GMC is easy to deal with

Luke and Derek were easy to deal with. Derek answered all my questions. He was helpful without being pushy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly.

Very impressed with the care I received

Worth the visit!!

The staff at Boucher Buick GMC of Waukesha were very kind and supportive through out the entire experience. They worked with in our parameters and were able to put a deal together that was exactly what we were hoping for. Husband loves his new Encore and We love that we got the deal we needed! Thank you to everyone who made it happen!

Acadia needed repair during strike

Thank you to Jason and Peter who explained everything that was going on and made sure I had a ride to and from work. This went on for weeks. Customer service was top notch. Thank you all!!!!

Oil change and rotation

Service writer was a little arrogant. I asked to check tire pressures to 50lbs due to being oversized aftermarket size. He stated they wcould only fill to manufactor recommendations. I said just leave them alone then. He was just kind of a jerk acting like he knew more than me. On my way home I notice the tech took air out of my tires to 35. I am not happy about that. Next time I will stress not to touch the air pressure. Bf goodrich recommends 50lbs in my tires. Other than this experiance. I have always been extremely satisfied with Bouchers service.

Way to long of a wait

An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2.5 hrs ! Wanted to use my gm rewards points and was told I couldn't. Called gmc nation wide number and the resolved the issue.

You changed my oil. You rotated my tires, You reset my computer. You filled my tires with air. I have no leaks on the truck.

There was a controversy about the sale price that was resolved quickly and with no argument. Completed purchase but still waiting for second set of keys
