It was great service buying and selling but my tail light

It was great service buying and selling but my tail light lens broke with in 24 hour and they didn’t help fix it and cost me more money. I thought they would have fixed it because of the short time . I took every warrant they had to offer and it wasn’t covered. Then lens must have been cracked and they missed it and so did I. Ending in my cost with no help from them. Kinda took the shine off the new car

Mark was very helpful in finding a deal we both were

Mark was very helpful in finding a deal we both were satisfied with. He also went above and beyond. After the deal was made he two items that I wanted but my car wasn’t equipped with. I felt he was doing everything he could to see to it that I was overly satisfied. And I am! Cory was also very nice, he explained everything to me on the finance side of the deal and my payment was $17 less monthly than my bottom line. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, I had to call up there a few times with quest and I always got the help I needed. I’ll be a repeat customer!

Clean and helpful.

Clean and helpful. I was in a hurry to possibly buy a new truck. Sales and manager were great. Never felt pressured. and they offered me a fair price for my trade in where I didn’t even feel the need to negotiate its value.

Bought my first Buick at Boucher in Waukesha.

Bought my first Buick at Boucher in Waukesha. Dealer is great on customer service. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Beautiful dealer In and out. My sales guy Luke was honest and not pushy. Scott the sales manager was great to work with finding financing options. Going back for my next car purchase.
