Great Experience!
We have used the Tracy Toyota service, where we bought our car, for seven years because I was always out in Tracy. We have always been very happy with their service, but it makes more sense to transfer to Livermore Toyota now that I am not out in Tracy as much. We were very pleased with Livermore Toyota and Dan, our service representative, was super. Thank you Dan! We’ll be going back again the next time our car needs servicing.

It was fine but they tried to con me out of money.
The good: Service was fine due to the fact that I called around and had them match a price for service that was cheaper at another dealer. The Bad: I asked about an update patch for my Entune. They called me during service to inform me there was a patch available...for $82!!! I said no thanks and wrote Toyota Motor Corp. They wrote back and gave me the link and instructions to do the patch...for FREE. Upon doing this, I discover there is a service log on the entune. I could see that they did it the day I had it there, but they ARBITRARILY wanted me to give them $82 for it. Yeah, terrible people. You make your own conclusion about the ethics of these staffers. People hate "stealerships" for a reason. Seems Toyota of Livermore want's to keep up that sentiment.

Repair Service @2003 Corolla
I could not be more pleased with the service and attention I received on this visit to have repair issues addressed with my 2003 Corolla. I will most assuredly compliment the service I received from Advisor Sonia Brown. She was just exemplary and highly professional. during each step regarding any questions and concerns I had. I also commend the team members at the Rental desk that took care of my needs while my vehicle was being serviced. Thank you to Joe Alejandre for his follow up and thoroughly reviewing my service report. They all made my experience excellent.

Routine Service Appt.

Great Job!
I certainly dealt with others besides Dan, but his is the only name I remember because we talked baseball a good bit and Dan knows his stuff. I probably won't buy a Prius for a couple of years (my son starts at Granada this year), so it didn't make a bunch of sense for me to ask dumb questions about the Prime, but it'll make sense for me to price it down the road, good to know there are friendly Toyota dealers around!
