I had a good experience buying my car from here. The staff were helpful and everything was clear. The car was in good condition, and the process was simple. Overall, a smooth experience. I would recommend them.

They are not very honest with the real actual state of the vehicle.i bought a used ford transit 250 as buy as it is they dont offer atleast 30 days warranty like other dealers.everyone need to take the vehicles to other mechanics for complete vehicle diagnosis before you sign any documents with them. I.BOUGHT THE VAN ONLY TO REALISE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID IS VERY DIRTY AND WHEN I WENT BACK THEY DIDNT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.THEY KNOW AND DELIBERATELY ARE SELLING HIGH MILLEAGE VEHICLES WITHOUT TAKING CARE OF TRANSMISSION FLUUD TO MAKE SURE ITS ATLEAST CLEAN BEFORE THEY MAKE THE SALE SO BASICALY THEY ARE DUMPIMG YOU A VEHICLE WHICH MOST LIKEY WILL HAVE TRANSMISSION ISSUES VERY SOON AND THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.SO.PLEASE FIRST CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID ON THE VAN AND IF ITS BROWN AND DIRRY PLEASE DONT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM.

I would recommend NEVER giving your business to Excellence Auto Direct. This company engages in shady and illegal business practices. I will forever remember this company and its practices as the WORST auto related experience I have ever had up to this point in my life. Let me tell you why. Me and my partner are ready to move across the states in a little over a month, and decide to trade in out sporty Infinity Q50s for an SUV for the journey and new start. This dealership had something that looked like it matched what we looked for. When we test drove, there were no issues. Then we went to sign for the car and the cost was roughly $2500 more than listed. This was for some random "Customer care package" fee abt inspecting the car and making sure it was in good condition. Later we find out that 2500 inspection guarantee is bull****. We said whatever and paid for the car anyway, but when they rolled it out to us the check engine light came on and they broke the struts that lift the trunk. Whoops! They amended the contract to state that they needed to fix the engine light. So we left the car with them and got a loaner. After some days they "Fixed" the check engine light. We came and picked up the car to drive off with our fixed car when immediately after driving down the road, we received a new issue in that a passenger restraint system malfunction error kept popping up. We called immediately and they said to drive it for a while and if it did not go away they would fix it. We drove it home and not only did the annoying and safety concerning malfunction error pop every 5 seconds (making the console impossible to use + is a safety issue as we found out stops the airbags from deploying) but also the check engine light came back on for the same code. Over the next month is the same story of us going to this place over and over, them saying they fixed the car, us driving around and the exact same error code popping up, and us bringing it back to them. At this point in time it had been over 30 days from the sale date, btw, and we had still not received our title and the paperwork was not filed so the Texas DMV did not have on file still that this car should be in our name- which is ILLEGAL In that time they no longer honored the statement that they would fix the malfunctioning sensor which is a safety concern since the airbags would not deploy. The owner of the business stated this was "no big deal" and "not an issue" desperate to slap something together to make the engine light go away since that is the only thing paperwork suggested they needed to do. Not to mention, they also STOLE my OBD reader out the back of my car thinking it was theirs, resulting in another unnecessary hour long trip to this place. We have lost so much time and money dealing with this place and the issue is still not fixed. We now have to leave in just over a week and have brought the car to a BMW dealership to have a proper diagnosis on the car which reveals all sorts of problems which I will not describe here as to not make this even longer. These repairs totaled to over $20,000!!! (Remember that useless $2500 Customer care package fee?) But one wonderful thing they shed light on is the completely wrong catalytic converter that was put on the car. It looks as though someone took a random catalytic converter that does not belong, and welded it to the car, thus ruining multiple components and pushing the repairs into 20k. This is what the BMW mechanic told us and showed us and it looks to be the case. No wonder the code is still active. We escalated until they did the bare minimum to make the engine light go away. (but none of the many other issues with this car) This place never calls you back btw. Later we ran out of time and thus traded the car to family and made our journey to our new home with a different car within the following week. I will never bring my business here again. This service is ANYTHING but excellence.

$2,500.00 treble hook. If you are considering this dealership, you better read the fine print. Deceptive to say the least.

Be sure to add $2500 to the advertised price for their prep fee, which is really just a shady way to falsely claim a lower list price.

Do not buy from this dealership, you will regret it. They do not deserve recognition nor recommendation. I recently purchased a 2014 Lexus ES 350 on Nov 1st, 2025, with about 58K on it, I was happy with the low mileage, and excited too. I got the car shipped to my address in New Mexico. Immediately I start up the car, it was CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Within 15 minutes I called the sales manager called Akash would bluntly told me the dealership can not do anything since the vehicle had left their premises. HE also argued that the used vehicle was sold as-is. I was able to speak with one of the owners of the dealership, with no empathy asked me to go road side mechanic workshop for cheap fixing. He also maintained I am responsible for an as-in vehicle being a used vehicle. I reminded them the picture of the car I purchased with advert and surety of 3 months /3000 miles warranty, when this was needed, they all rejected me. The vehicle is parked in my parking lot now useless. I am scared of driving it. I have debt I will pay for 6 years on a vehicle I cannot drive. Please safe yourself of any trouble - STAY AWAY from this dealership. If you purchased a vehicle in the past and do not experience bad luck, congratulations. But new buyers should be warned as this happened to me. If you wish to contact me, email me at yomiakande@gmail.com.

Listen, anyone who pays the 2500 xxx fee ( I call it) they add on and pass off as customer care package has to be a complete idiot, they should do the work then add it to the price, people will pay a higher price for honesty and transparency I know I would....how is it every car they sell has the same car care price? C'mon man, also I don't believe all the positive reviews, I believe these folks ain't from around here..... we have what you call simple horse sense here in Texas

an hour ago New I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the sale, they assured me the car had gone through a full inspection and maintenance service, something they charged $2,499 for. This fee was supposed to cover new or serviced tires, brakes, fluids, and other major maintenance items. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed the tires had severe dry rot — something that would have been obvious to anyone performing even a basic inspection. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership expecting them to take responsibility, but I was told “the owner doesn’t care and isn’t going to pay for new tires.” This dealership completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and refused to honor the very maintenance they charged thousands of dollars for. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. If you’re considering buying here, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of honest dealerships that stand behind what they sell, unfortunately, this one clearly does not.
