Could have been much better
They were great right up until I signed the papers. Since then I've been very disappointed. Not with the car but with the sales service, or lack of. As I was going over all of the new features, the salesman said he got a call and had to go. We hadn't even brushed over all of the new features. I ended up having to drive 2 hours back the next week. I called last week and asked where my license plate was and was told they would check on it. Nothing. Went to the DMV today and was informed I still owed over $1200.00 for the registration and county taxes. Totally unexpected as I was told everything was taken care of. I get a new car every 3 years but seriously doubt I'll be coming back

I have purchased 4 toyota vehicles from Webb.
I have purchased 4 toyota vehicles from Webb. The vehicles are great. The service is horrible. While utilizing the Free Toyota Care, the shop did not perform all of the required work. This ended up costing me an early tire replacement. Then, my vehicle was involved in an accident. I wanted to get it repaired by a toyota dealer. I called to see about getting it repaired at the Webb body shop. I was told that since I didn't have State Farm insurance, the wait would be three months. Seems they give priority to State Farm vehicles. What a way to treat customers. I will probably still buy toyota vehicles, but Webb will never see another dime of my money.

Don’t go here for any reason!
Broke my truck and refused to fix it. The mounting brackets for my skid plate was stripped out by their mechanic. Now it’s going to cost me $200 in “wholesale” cost... but they will install it for free. The service manager tried to blame the lift kit wasn’t mounted correctly. Which the lift was installed by Toyota at the time of purchase. Then tried to say normal ware and tear. Bunch of mechanic xxxxxxxxx !
