I came up to see a car you had advertised for $4700 made an appointment for 10:30 the following we drove 2 1/2 hours talked to man then a lady they said that car is now $6300??? My daughter in-law still wanted it and we had cash, but we were told they don't take cash!! we went to bank got a certified check, got back I go to pay & and they give me paperwork and now the cars over $8000??? I hope you post this but the way you do business you probably wont!! I will never rent from Hurtz again and I will tell all my traveling friends & family

I bought a used Honda from Hertz back in August, Julianna was my saleslady. She was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful,and patient. She was able to answer all my questions. The manager that was on duty there was also great with good qualities as well. They knew l was pressed for time so put in extra effort to get the paperwork done so l could get back to North Florida before dark! Even the man that detailed the car was a big help too ! So l appreciate all the extra help l got from everyone there. Most of all, l love my car!! Have told friends that it's worth the drive to go there for your new car!! Thank you again. ****Warning**** all certified Uses Autos, cars. A LIE. Had an gurantee,lied to me. They have so called mechanics on site??? For what,if cars are low miles. These hard driven rental cars. No return from The Manager Matt,and salesman Jim West. Car had to be tow to a diffrent mechanic. Battery ewas bad. They lied to me claiming alternator. Was the battery they were suppose to replace. Tenía una garantía, me mintió. ¿Tienen los llamados mecánicos en el sitio? ¿Para qué, si los coches tienen pocos kilómetros? Estos coches de alquiler de conducción dura. No hay retorno del gerente Matt y el vendedor Jim West. El coche tuvo que ser remolcado a otro mecánico. La batería estaba mala. Me mintieron reclamando alternador. ¿Era la batería que se suponía que debían reemplazar? Manténgase alejado de estas malas ventas de automóviles.

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.

I would recommend Jim West for anyone that's looking to purchase a car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't apply pressure to make a sale. He was truly genuine and I thank him for that.

We bought a 2019 Highlander, had it about a week and washed and waxed it. Noticed two different paint tones and overspray on the chrome from a repair paint job. A no time during the process we we told the car had been in a wreck, there was no disclosure regarding this. Still waiting for a call from the salesman who worked with us. This whole process is a nightmare.

This is the fourth car we've bought from Hertz Tampa in the last two years. Jim West has been our salesman for each vehicle that we have purchased. His attention to detail is incredible. If you are thinking or planning on purchasing a vehicle from Hertz make sure to ask for Jim West you will not be disappointed. Also, cannot say enough about Rodney the general manager. He took care of all our trade in needs and financing. Jim and Rodney were a breath of fresh air to deal with. We will definitely be back.
