Jim West at the hertz sales office was awesome! He was knowledgeable and informative. He helped us understand the whole process and was kind and thoughtful. Ricky at the rental office was great too. Bonita Jones from hertz rent2buy was resourceful and helped us get the best out of our car by calling and checking in on us midway through our rental period and letting us know where to go to fix a couple of minor issues with the car and helped us get compensated for the damaged key fob. We were especially happy with Nate and Barbara at the hertz maintenance center. Nate helped fix the wiper fluid and brake issue and replaced the rear interior light with ease and speed. we love this car so much and have already gone on a couple of road trips in it.
