Customer service is severely lacking. Had a safety issue with a vehicle within 48 hours of purchase and all I got was a shoulder shrug. I was assured when going through signing that everything passed an extensive inspection. I requested the inspection report on May 22. Still haven’t received it. Another issue was brought up when I test drove the vehicle and that was ignored. Won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Our transaction was simple and went smoothly.
Our transaction was simple and went smoothly. It is a sizeable operation and everyone seemed to be in an agreeable mood when we went there. The parking area has new English oaks with very little root space allowed. Time to bulge those curb areas way to let more water in and more room for roots - if they don't want to be replacing sickly trees in 6 years (ask a tree specialist, arborist). Beautiful young oaks, though!

Sales people were great, but I made it easy since it was
Sales people were great, but I made it easy since it was a cash deal. vehicle could have been detailed better. Called back a day after driving found problem with rear brake light no assistance or offer to look at problem. We took care of it ourselves. Needed a new wiring harness and required rewiring found incorrect wiring to bypass correct circuit creating a faulty circuit. Overall happy with purchase. Q

This place has become one of the “shady” dealerships that
This place has become one of the “shady” dealerships that everyone should not shop at! They don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell, I bought a 2020 GMC Canyon from them and apparently it had an “88 point inspection” done on it but I guess the suspension isn’t apart of that. When I reached out to see if they would make it right they said there is nothing they can do about it and hope it’s not too expensive to fix. I have bought 3 vehicles from them but I will no longer be a customer. Things were much better when Quintin was there.

The first salesman we dealt with had no interest in
The first salesman we dealt with had no interest in selling us the truck we were looking at. His answer was , you get what you pay for. After a lengthy complaint from my wife, they hooked us up with someone who cared, and actually tried. We did purchase the truck, and are glad we did.
