Doug was so helpful. He was straight to the point and no running in circles. Went in a 10:30 and left at 2:30 with my new vehicle. Every car I bought in my lifetime came with two keys ours one. Not even a fob I feel you should make sure those are included I don’t care if you buy at auction . Yesterday we went to unlock are car with a key like in 70s and alarm went off my wife had no clue what to do dissatisfy. Greg Snyder

We live south of Fort Wayne, IN, and were at a local dealership looking at cars when I found a 2017 Dodge Journey at Exceptionalities Motorcar with less than 10k miles at a great price. I immediately told my wife that we should make the drive to look at it. I called and spoke with Jamie who confirmed they still had the vehicle and said he would have it ready for us. We drove almost 1 1/2 hours one way to look at the car. Jamie was very friendly and helpful and not the stereotypical salesman. TJ was also great. Doug was very helpful, we arrived around 8:30 am and Doug was there before they opened and he was very pleasant and helping us. I was a young buyer looking at an expensive truck, this is didn’t seem to affect his opinion. He was very professional through the whole transaction and helped us out greatly and was an excellent salesman.
